Can you consciously and willingly stop gambling at any time?
If you can do the above, you have great control and discipline, of course you are not an addict and you deserve to gamble as much as you want.
If not, clarify your ways of stopping gambling.
I stopped gambling when I saw the impact it had on me because I could no longer control myself and was running out of money that should have been in store for my family. So what I did was I focused on my job, I turned my attention to things that would go away with the temptation of gambling and thank God I successfully stop this addiction and now I only gamble when I want to spend time.
Good thing if you do able to stop it midway on where most people do fail to do so.They eventually stop when they are already on difficult situation or simply they cant
easily recover because theyre heavily devastated by gambling by means of financial aspect and as well with social too.
We should really be sensible towards our acts and if we do saw that we are already compromising things then thats already an another story.
I believe in turning point because I already get that experience before, but it was not happening in gambling. That turning point changes my life once, and I can go back to the right way. Yes, people can learn from the mistake with that turning point, and he will be forced to change no matter what is conditions because he won't have any choice except to change.
Maybe that is happening in gambling too. When someone broke because playing gambling, and the situations force him to change his mind, he will do something better than before, and that is his turning point. He will be able to leave gambling forever, or if he is still playing gambling, he will have control for himself so that it can prevent him from making the same mistake.
Of course, each mistake would really give out a lesson on an individual. It would just depend if they would learn from it or would still stick out to the same habit and would repeat the same process.
Each would vary on each person because not all would really have the same mindset.
