Yes ofcourse why not. The market is down only so meaning all tokens are in dumped moment. You can see it just look at the price color in the market and the percent being cut of last 6 months ago. I still beleive that every token price will rise up again and be satisfied everytime that joining signature campaign. Just like what happened last year.

I don't think there are bottoms or ceilings anywhere in the cryptomarket. This revolutionary idea redefined the world as we know it. There is no absolute bottom or upper price threshold for any coin, the market is too volatile and unpredictable to say anything like that.
