Majority of ICOs are killing the crypto market as they are the 40% dominancy of crypto world. The competition is good but once spoiled project was mixed to the fresh once, definitely it will be affected.

actually ico also supports crypto, because their project is always related to crypto such as etherum, waves or stellar lumens. but what is made a problem by everyone is, how everyone who gets the ico token, always does a big dump simultaneously. maybe that is what most people blame, because it can make coins that become a platform for them, it will also impact down.

More like scam ico ideas are the ones killing the whole ico thing My own issue with ico these days is you buy a token during sales and after sale conclusion you will just wish you just waited for listing on exchange because of the way the price have shockingly drained down

Many ICOs are killing the market due to fraud.

But not all of them are fraud, hackings and FUDs are also part of this agenda, they all want to see many people falling from what they do.

ICOs are not killing the crypto market, they are just struggling under these bearish market conditions plus ETH also lost a big part of it`s market share this year. Last year ICOs made a big contribution to the market boom, this year it is not the case.
Having ICO's is just an indication that crypto and the bockchain technology is continuously spreading and the market adoption with this new system is great. But is somehow some ICO's turn into scam which could affect the market image as well as the trust of the people. If this could stop then, it surely crypto will be great again.

For me, i don't support the ideology that ICOs are killing Bitcoin. Remember, through ICOs most people has got to know about cryptocurrency. Through the awareness creation made by ICOs, the entire crypto space has gone global. ICOs added a new sense of value to the crypto market.

ICO project is a free promotions for bitcoin,, and eth if the project using eth platform
because usually a new project will mentioned bitcoin, ethereum and others crypto as the payment methode,
so, i don't agree if somebody talk if ICOs are killing bitcoin

Ico doing both to bitcoin actually ico has brought in a lot of information which have lead more people into crypto and make some growth so far but in the other hand a lot of ico makers has also caused harm to bitcoin in different ways like selling their coin in exchange of btc and the project end up not working like what they have already gotten from people.

And where do you hear such opinion that ICOs are killing crypto? That's definitely not true, quite a foolish logic imho. ICO's brought many people to crypto market and helped to create this hype around bitcoin, ethereum and other coins.

The one that killing cryptocurrency market is the scammer, they made any investors hesitated to put their investment, cause they get worried if they could get scammed if they put an investment.

Very important details have been touched upon here, but if we talk superficially, I don’t think that scammers really have to do with price rates today, if we are talking about the popularity of ICO projects, then yes, scammers are directly related to this.

Speaking of legitimate ICO actually helping cryptocurrency to be strong , while this scam ICO which have no product from project and all are only words in the white paper are the one killing crypto .

I think more precisely the SCAM ICO is the cause of killing this cryptographic market. They undermine the confidence of new investors in the ICO, and they also sell large amounts of ETH due to fraudulent make dump ETH price.

With small portion ICO and alt coins really support and create a great atmosphere for crypto users, because it gives more option and maybe greater feature, but too many ICO are killing crypto, with more ICO it will create more weaker coin, the investors will diversify and at last we will have bunch of unused and undervalue coin

I think that it has become clear to most people that the market is being killed by Scam ICOs and a large number of deliberately unsuccessful projects that have appeared just on the wave of ICO popularity, they are pulling the investors money, and as a result, the developers are throwing them, and the price of tokens begins to strive to zero.

I think over time the format of the ICO will change. There will be certain rules to reduce the number of scam projects. For example, Buterit will offer ICO 2.0 code, money will be paid to the project not immediately, but in parts, as the roadmap is completed.

Very good plan for the future that you say. Because there are still many ICO projects that I scam. With progress like this I don't think there will be a scam project anymore. Because it is very detrimental to investors, and also a bounty hunter if the project is carrying out a bounty campaign program.

The killing is over. The king of ICO, Ethereum, has depreciated sharply. Maybe it will continue to increase its depreciation. Some bad projects should not exist. They have affected the development of Bitcoin. They failed investors and led investors to negatively impact the cryptocurrency market.

If you think carefully, ICOs separate the interest of people from major coins such as btc. Instead of buying more btc, they have been seeing those new projects called ICOs and put their investment there. See the effect?
