There was a friend of mine who visited me a day after and he was saying gambling every day draws you more closer to winning.
This explanation by your friend portrays that there is a timeframe for winning. Maybe you have to play frequently until you reach your lucky day. This is a wrong perspective because I have seen the first-time gamblers who won their first bet. They don't need to wait until they complete a circle that will lead to a lucky day.

My question is do you think gambling every day is better? From his reasoning and points of narrations.
Gambling every day doesn't guarantee wins because gambling is unpredictable. There might be a slight chance that you might win more than someone who gambles occasionally because you place more bets. But I don't think gambling every day is better because it might have some negative effects. But a close observation of people who gamble every day doesn't really show that they win more. In fact, they are the ones who look more frustrated because they take gambling as a serious business. I usually gamble during weekends because I want to enjoy my games.

Of course not. That's unhealthy. Take some rest, it will keep you sane. Grin
That's the problem for those who play every day and almost do not shut down their computers, it can turn into a gambling addiction. Then, there's the possibility that if you start to taste the win, you might not stop seeking it. So where or when it will end? The rest is where you withdraw your funds and enjoy it. Savoring those moments and feeling the profits that you made. Not gambling it over and over again like you are just recycling everything. I do this most of the time, I treat my kids to the mall or a paid playground and let them enjoy it. Then we eat in a fine restaurant so that I can also treat my wife too.
The problem with gambling addicts is, that they might not enjoy those moments anymore because they will keep on repeating their daily habits which is gambling. Even if they win at the end of the day, they will just go back the next day and gamble it again. Where is the fun in that? I mean, when will be the time when you want to release all the stress?
Sure, they have a higher chance to win big because they will keep on trying, but what if it goes the other way? This is where suicide attempts are happening.

Gambling everyday should be under the influence that you want to be entertained daily, but when it's been done on the context of having a daily income or being able to move almost closer to winning, then there's a wrong conception there and the end of it all is most likely to turn into gambling addiction instead of having fun or getting the opportunity for winning, if the time permits you to be gambling daily then there's nothing bad in that, but you must be able to know how to manage yourself up by gambling responsibly.

Once a gambler want to gamble everyday then all we can say for it is that they are too addict cause they can not control themselves into play even though they will already know that they are lossing and it's a bad habit once you gamble everyday cause it's not normal for people involving in gambling everyday. Also we all know that there no tricks in how to win every bet so there's a high possibility that the gambler will loss a lot of money if he/she playing everyday.

It's like, the more the merrier! Or more tries = more chances of winning.

The hard part to see there from those addicted people is that it's directly proportional to how much you can lose as well. It's equal to

More tries = More chances of losing.

That's just how it's working and it's always going to be that way because it's by chance. It's better in some days, bad at some but making gambling as a habit, would be quite troublesome if not tolerated correctly.

There was a friend of mine who visited me a day after and he was saying gambling every day draws you more closer to winning.

I asked him how?

He said when you keep trying luck every day you stand the chance not to miss your luck of winning, he also made reference to few people around our locality who won outrageous Money within 31 Dec to 1 January 2024, asking if I knew how often those people keep trying for them to have the winning they got.

I said No! He then say the more you space the more I missed my chances of winning but what I came to understand is that, the more anyone keeps trying the slimmer such persons turns into gambling addiction becus such person will always want to gamble regularly stirring up some forms of pressure to himself. When there is no money to gamble such person don't mind going extramile to source for funds since he has install this mentality of regularly gambling without giving break.

My question is do you think gambling every day is better? From his reasoning and points of narrations.
Well, everything that I am about to say here is about my personal life and how I live it in relationship to gambling. I am such an individual that do not always like stress, going to work everyday or 5 days out of the 7 days of the week is a big stress to me already. See myself gambling everyday is another stress, how do you expect me to gamble everyday of my life when actually gambling is not a career or profession. In fact from this 2024 I have resolved to only gamble during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), maybe I could also gamble during the midweek because of Champions League. I do not involve in any other type of gambling apart from sports betting. I also cannot remember the last time I gambled the sports betting in question. So what I am saying might rightly be out of point for professional gamblers as they claim to be. However I am well convinced that anyone that gambles everyday of their life is just a gambling addict and there is no how you will prove me wrong about this.

Concerning the issue raised by op, as many people will say that every gambler has a winning day. That winning day does not mean that it is exactly the day program for you to win, rather it could be a day that you made good research and nice decisions about gambling. This therefore means that gambler A could be gambling everyday of the week and wins nothing while gambler B will just gamble once a week and win big.

You have already figured it out what playing regularly can do to you especially if you are not winning. Many gamblers today regrettably started gambling from this way because after much trier with no success, they persisted and thus ended up as gambling addict. Moreover if you are gambling with no success you are likely to go into drug too because of frustration.

So for what your friend said, it is not how far in gambling but how well. You might play for ages without the same success rate of a newbie gambler, that is the situation with gambling, more of luck and your accurate analysis.

That's a naked lie, a fallacy from unpopular believe that has the propensity to drive you into a gambling addict, a chronic addict that would prefer using the last money in his hand to gamble even when he's feeling famished. Absorbing the concept that a day without you having to gamble might make you miss your lucky day is laughable because betting isn't an office job that you have to attend to almost everyday, by doing so you be losing more money than you can imagine, and not only the loss of money but self control to other useful activities concerning your life.

For some reason, your friend confuses gambling with sports. In the latter, indeed, daily training leads to good results, and hard work is rewarded with victories. But gambling, in my understanding, is exactly the opposite. In addition to the fact that the player spends both time and money every day, he also falls into a gaming addiction, which can be compared to a drug addiction.
I don’t know where the luck is for your friend. But everyone is free to do what they want. But I'm truly sorry for your friend.

What your friend is basically saying is that you have a higher chance and closer to winning if you try more. You could also connect his situation to players who don't want to leave their chosen slot machine. I read that they can sit there for hours and even wear adult diapers to avoid any break. It's a crazy story but it happens.

My question is do you think gambling every day is better? From his reasoning and points of narrations.

It looks like he believes in the popular saying that winners don't quit, this is not a fact, you could play for many days, weeks, and months and you could not get a single win, in my experience my longest losing streak of was 20 days, winning has nothing to do with how long you should play.
I even had a thread about a guy who won the lottery the first time he bet.
You can gamble every day as long as you can keep up and as long as you enjoy doing it but don't believe that you have to do that so you get closer to winning, I will not recommend following that kind of advice but casinos will be happy if you believe and follow this method.

My question is do you think gambling every day is better? From his reasoning and points of narrations.
If you are an unemployed person who doesn't have a job but your family is rich and gives you money every day, maybe you can gamble every day, because it's not easy to gamble every day because it can only be done by a gambling addict, to be honest, I personally only gamble only on weekends so I've never felt like gambling every day, let alone spending my gambling time at work on weekdays, it wouldn't be possible for me to do it easily.

Your friend might gamble every day, it's better, but if you feel it's not good, you shouldn't pay attention to what he says, maybe he is the person I mean above, namely an unemployed person who has a rich family so your friend can do it every day, if you have a job, it's better to gamble. on weekends, because gambling doesn't have to be every day, the point is that controlling feelings of wanting to gamble is important because it can prevent us from becoming addicted to gambling. gambling is not only about winning and opportunities, there are many things that we must control ourselves.  Wink

It seems that your friend has started to become addicted to gambling, because most gambling addicts believe that the more often they gamble, the closer they will be to winning which can make them rich. It would be a good idea for you to give him advice that gambling every day will not increase his chances of winning, on the contrary he will waste his money. If he insists on gambling in that way, it's a good idea for you to distance yourself from him because he could become toxic towards you.

It will result in Gambling addiction and no longer be able to Gamble Responsibly.

Your friend must show his net betting result to prove what he says. He can win in one day, two days but in long term, loss is unavoidable. You don't even need to ask your friend about proof to know the truth.

That's one stupid fuck of a mentality, why would anyone take gambling as a day job, I mean even if you didn't actually claim it as a job but the way you will go about it saying that it's get you closer to winning makes it looks like you are taking as a job. With all years of gambling, I have come to understanding that no one actually plans their winning, if the game and the days is yours then you will win.

It depends on you as an individual gambler; Therefore you should consider your time, your money and wining opportunities that presents because gambling every day does not make you a successful gambler or guarantee you win. So, for me, I don't gamble every-day, and the reasons are because of winning opportunities and time to analyze matches because I have other things that I'm engaged with, and I mostly focus my attention on sports betting, so mostly when I see opportunities to win then that's when I stake my games.

That reasoning is so flawed I don't even know where to begin lol. I, myself, like gambling, and recently have started using websites such as Dplay, that is crypto solutions, to do so in an even more comfortable manner. However, doing so on regular basis will most certainly lead to an addiction, which can in the end result in some pretty poor life choices and, ultimately, outcomes. Always make sure to keep yourself accountable as far as how much you gambled, if not, it's likely to spiral out of control

Gambling every day is just equal to addiction because you will do anything necessary to get money in other not to skip a day without playing and the more you keep gambling everyday the more you run into too many losses and it might deprive you from focusing on other life obligations because all your focus and attention is on gambling and hoping to win one day of which the chances is minimal so just like gambling is a game of luck as what works for another may not really work for you so if you choose to follow how others play gamble you may really go astray when you don't achieve what you wanted so no matter how inquisitive you are to win, gambling everyday is not a good habit.

My question is do you think gambling every day is better? From his reasoning and points of narrations.

Your friend might be onto something if he's tried this method successfully without becoming addicted. However, gambling daily isn't advisable for a responsible gambler, as it can develop into a bad habit and lead to addiction. There's no guarantee of increased winning chances by playing every day, but you might gain more insights into how the games work. Yet, the risk is becoming addicted and relying too much on gambling for income. To avoid the pitfalls of addiction and financial losses, responsible gamblers should steer clear of such frequent gambling. It will make more sense to focus on the potential negative outcomes rather than emphasizing the positives side of this method.
