ICOs has been having terrible runs this year because of ominous economic situations, infact some ICOs barely achieve Soft top because of bearish assumption of btc this year anyway as we approach Q4 of the year I am hopeful that there may be pivot of the market with the bulls assuming control hence provoking the market to be on the track once more.
Indeed, this is a terrible year for medium and powerless undertakings. Solid ventures will gather hardcap in any economic situation. Individuals in the falling business sector are reluctant to put their cash in the ico, in light of the fact that the cost promptly falls on the stock trade.
This year, unfortunately for us all, is doomed to failure. It seems to me that all this is due to the fact that last year start-ups attracted too much money
as we see already that it does not grow but, on the contrary, falls and does not give that profit to the investors which they expected to receive. okay in the future, I think we will get very good money from startups
I believe that this year will be good for the ICO. Because there will be rules for ICO and there will be less bad and more good companies. Therefore, the activity of investors should grow.
Do you have any good reason to believe that the ICO market is going to grow this year?
Yes it will but it's not the same like two years ago where Ico can easily reach the hard cap, but now it's very rare for an ICO to reach their hard cap, ICO are lucky if they can reach their soft cap, the last campaign I'm in did not reach the softcap eventhough the project was heavily promoted.
This year, in fact, a lot of ICOs were launched, but the bounty of these projects did not justify themselves, because immediately after listing the prices for coins immediately fall due to the market situation!
As for the ISO quantity, they appear already in a very large quantity. The quality began to deteriorate.
I believe that this segment will only grow over time. In the near future there is nothing that could replace it. The popularity of ICO can either rise or fall, but ICO itself is not going anywhere. In this you can be calm.
This year definitely is ad year for ICOs because due to a huge amount of scams in this industry many people prefer to stay away from investing into ICOs and many programs even good ones can't collect soft cap.
In general, it is clear that investors have slightly decreased interest in ICO. It is hoped that in 2019 the situation will change for the better.
The situation will change for the better only if the market starts to grow, everything depends on the market, while it is almost like now no one is interested in ICO . 
I think this condition will continue to occur throughout 2018, and will probably be the worst period after an extraordinary record in 2017 and early 2018

So far I think that it has been a very good year for the icos, so many of them came out and so many of them have managed to raise the money that they were going for, even at that, more coins are coming out and they are still raising money. Looking at the number of coins that have been introduced into the market, their success have been commendable.
because of the huge number of scams, the market began to lose face, and most investors began to buy coins on exchanges, not during the sale of coins, it's certainly sad .

No reason. I actually think that the ico market is going to suffer some massive losses this year due to so many people not willing to invest in the coins out of fear of being scammed. They are not taking in as much money as people would expect them to be taking in. The industry is suffering a huge blow at this point and it might take while to recover out of it The time is really great for ICO to start. Currently the price of cryptos are low. By the time the ICO collects money, the price would soar and hence provide large bonus for ICO at the time of cashout. Increasing it's profitability which in return increasing the profit of investors.
The point is some of the ICO are having a hard time reaching their softcap one of the example was Bitschoolai it was very popular and so many bounty hunters are promoting it but after 4 months it failed to reach the softcap so there was no project and no rewards for bounty hunters.
In fact, a lot of projects started this year, and most of them paused only for the reason that the price of Ethereum fell too much!
