I think that this year will be so awful for everyone, but we already understand that now there are probably some very weak prerequisites for what now probably would be more appropriate to call signs.
All this year the market is depressed. I do not think this is a good time for ICO projects. This year is coming to an end. So it is already possible to draw conclusions.

I think so because compare to last year as the best year of ICO and last year many ICOs are successful, but compare this year 2018 I think it is the bad year for the icos because many icos failed to reach their hard cap so that many ico failed. I think this year is a bad year for ICOs.
This year is already a very bad year for the entire Cryptocurrency industry, many investors that have invested in ICO have lost hugely, it is only few of them that made some profits, not to talk about some ICOs that are entirely scam.

To be honest, yes I honestly think that its been a bad year for the ICOs this year. Most ICOs this year was not able to achieve its goal and decided to stop their project. The main reason is the market that has been down deep for a long time until now. Hoping the market recovers this december or early next year.
The Ico has underperformed this year, I think not because of the Ico, but because of inexperienced developers and some of the Ico just for the personal benefit of developers.
I agree with you that joining the ICO at this time is very careful because most of the ICO 40% scam 30% failed 20% just looking for luck or the developer did not positively charge the project and 10% succeed and all profit

This year was certainly not good for ico projects, because of all the scam ico out there.
I would not be surprised if 2019 is even worse for ico and the ico market is almost dying out.

There wasn't enough good reason. It is just in the fact that we are facing the era where the technology is drastically increasing and so do the things in it. ICOs are going to grow simply because time will come and more likely to be soon that cryptocurrencies will be used around the world and the different country fiats would be eradicated as the transactions and payments can be done through transparency of the modern world technology.
In my opinion, this year is a bad year for ICOs. I think it's very difficult if the ICO wants this ICO state to be normal in a fast time. The ICO is not trusted by the public because of many fraudulent ICO or fake ICOs. I really regret this because as an investor I also lose money and as an ICO who is responsible also loses because public trust has faded. This situation is very alarming so I hope there are official parties specifically handling ICO. I hope this party will be able to give ICO permission, regulate ICO operations, and monitor ICO activities. I am sure that if the official party regulating the ICO is realized, the ICO can return to be trusted.

I think it is depending in ico because some ico are successful and some are not lucky enough to make to the cut so maybe it is really depending on how the group or ico facilitators manages their project.

The only reason why I do still beleive for miracles to happen is that dumps are not permanent. Given that downtrend dominated the market on the previous months, it is necessary to think that on the remaining months of this year, would be positive things for the crypto market. And if not, we should still choose to hold and wait for recovery to take over the red market at this moment.

I don't think so if ICO's has a good recovery now in crypto technology, I'm just hoping that there will be exploded in market and stopping the bull run as possible in order I can daily trading or selling tokens. 
Yes, I thought and it happened. 2018 is the worst year for the ICO projects. After a glorious crypto year 2017, everyone expected a diamond year in 2018! But we have seen the opposite! A lot of scam ICO appeared in this year and that number was shocking! Many good projects can't make the soft cap, they did not come into the crypto market because of that, we lost some of obvious good Project! So, this year is truly bad for the ICOs!

The year will soon be over and it has been a truly horrible year for ICOs, almost all has seen their tokens losing most of their value and so many people have lost so much money. How could it have been worse?
Despite the bearish market, there is still a huge interest towards ICO projects. The numbers show that there are three times more
funds raised this year vs. last year and the year has still not ended. Blochchain technology is evolving and are in the center of each
technological discussion. With many new, innovative ideas there will be more and more projects using blockchain technology.

I believe this year will be the best, last year nobody saw it coming and we were all there doing our thing but it came out great, i believe this year will do better and i am prepared for it
