in my opinion, this year was a very tough year for ico market, because almost 80% of the total ico programs failed to achieve the predetermined softcap, this made investors increasingly uninterested in ico investment, but now it seems to have begun to recover

Yes up to now this year become worst for ICOS and i don't think that there is any hope that this year there should be any kind of improvement in ICOS.
This year we saw large number of ICOs. But due to the market volatility, the demand for ICOs dropped. However some good ICOs achieved their targets easily.

I think that the success of the ICO in the first place depends on what the project is campaign,what the final product will also be of interest whether it is investors! The market needs to take a break from the bearish stagnation and if the first surge in the value of many coins was associated with a frenzied demand,supported by positive forecasts about the furious growth of Bitcoin and, accordingly, everyone was looking for and proving the dependence of altcoins on bitcoin. At the end of 2018, according to my observations, only the stability and consolidation of the price of some coins to create less volatility that will lead to greater demand for these coins and of course the investments of major players in some promising projects will create a stir around them and another surge in the market! But it is not known when it will happen, you just have to keep track of when people with money will go for the best deals!
This year, of course, is not as productive as last year, but I think that if the ICO project is worthy of attention and it has an excellent technology, then the market fall will not affect the demand for the token even in the bear market !

I think this 2018 is the worst case scenario of the ICO on the market. Every coin is red at the moment. I still hope that this coin will be back to green state so that the value of it will become high.

I don't think so, because there are still many ICOs that remain successful this year even though the market price is not good, so in my opinion this year is not a bad year for ICO.

I'm not into ICO this year because I'm so tired of those scam projects, they are just good at promoting their ICO like it was near perfect and spewing
odoriferous words but always ended up into broken promises. ICO's this year are mostly disappointing, that is why I'm focusing right now on what could benefit me and that is bitcoin signature campaign. Posting your opinions in different thread is not that easy, and knowing at the end that the ICO where you are has been announced as a scam project which is heartbreaking.
At least in Bitcoin Signature Campaign, you are sure that you could get your salary every week if you completed the required post per week.
Actually, this year is the year of ICO. The ICO projects are growing very significantly. 
projects a lot this year, yes. but what's the use of this? One unit collects soft cap, coin prices after the listing immediately fall to the bottom. so I would not call this good for ICO. Projects are successful when the whole market grows 
I don't make prediction, current year is going to the end and now we can analyze track record of finished ICOs . According to my experience vast majority of ICOs are scam, rest 20-30% can be splitted in several categories:
1) trades below ICO price
2) unlisted
3) have been pumped due to marketing budget and positive trend ,but don't have product behind and as a result get back to ICO price , like Credits.
4) those conluding partnerships, developing and delivered product, launched testnet and so on and at the same time have proper liquidity on top exchanges. Only few of them cost more than during ICO.

This year many ICOs are good but don't reach their goals. Maybe some ICOs are growing fast, but only a few. I am sure the ICO will continue to grow and stay afloat so that it can facilitate in any case.
When all the scamming and hacking and fake coins crisis will be regulated, the market will be stable again and people will trust ICO's again.
I think this years is bad for ico and other price cryptocoin..all price blood bath condition..i think it is effect from usd growing up price at real world.usd having dominan price at some economy transaction at international country..i think this reason
Maybe it is not good timing or good condition for held ICO because most of cryptocurrency's price in the market still dump and for few months enter the red zone. Eventhough that, i think ICO still exist and still has the enthusiast who want to buy coins that offered by the project. To make ICO succeed and the coin will valuable, of course be the hardwork to team and developer to make it realization.
