Most ICO listing sites, used to be well trusted in so months or years back, but presently, it seems so many things have changed. They all come up with different ratings based on the amount they are paid.

I put 75% trust in the ICO rating site, because of all ICO projects only 25% of what I follow / invest is a scam or no investor. Crypto world is a world without certainty so don't believe 100% with ICO at least leave a little mistrust...

No, I never trusted these sites. Most likely, they provide untruthful information in order to promote the project that is beneficial for them to promote.

For the sake of interest, I once watched projects that were rated high on some sites — these projects did not bring anything to their investors. Since then, I do not trust ratings.

No I don't trust their rating because sometimes their rating can mislead. They also human and nobody knows what exactly is going to happen in the market.

Yes, I trust them and especially the ones where are very many experts to rate the ICO project, many ICOs have over 4.0 on IcoBench, but only a few have many expert opinions. And that's very important to me.

You can never fully rely on someone else's opinion, especially a stranger to you whose analyst can be bought. Only proven and honest analysts are credible to everything else you need to be treated with suspicion and recheck by yourself.

Heard these rumors, and kindof believe it, unfortunately, it is probably true. There is a good chance that most rating can be bought. Respect for those, which can't.
I also think that if it's true it's very profitable and certainly an example of a very good ICO project. we know that many ICO projects fail and are not profitable, but from these statements we can analyze them as examples for progress. naturally we must be able to respect the others, we are here for one purpose to make a profit.

They seem biased to me. A friend of mine who's doing an ICO told me that they paid 10ETH for 5 quality ratings and that's that! I noticed that some ICOs with good project, team, and good social media presence are struggling with getting good reviews.
With all that said, should it still be a factor to look at when investing in ICO?
Personally, I don't trust any sites that review ICO projects except for ICObench. There are some respectable experts who act as ICO advisors, but still... you should do your own research before investing.

I do not fully believe because it is only based on someone's judgment, I am more comfortable when collecting information on social media

Perhaps this fall was somehow connected with the division, but I think that the main market decline was because all the major investors have earned enough and left the game! After all, at that time almost the entire market collapsed!

I sometimes use the services of these sites, but it seems to me that they don’t need to be blindly trusted because projects can really pay money in order for them to be promoted by the administrators of these sites

Never use only one website to gather information about upcoming ICOS, different websites can show you also different information that could make you decide to invest or not. Ratings can be really misleading and many people did lose already huge amounts of money with all the scammers around who think to earn huge amount of money with scamming people. Exactly the reason why I don't like to invest in ICOS the promises are mostly bigger as the results.

I do not believe it because most ratings or assessments are people who are not competent and not independent

When you invest, ICO ratings are just a reference, it is not a decisive factor. You need to read the technical document of the project and deeply assess the integrity of the team, and then decide whether to invest in ISO or not.

Most of them are reliable sites. They provide information on most existing projects. However, not all sites can trust the ICO rating. You must be careful, when selecting projects it is better to perform resetting checks.

I don't think for invest in any ICO's you should be depend on any ICO rating site. You should read the project by your own, try to understand why the project are and which effect can be effort in market by its. Also try to invest in any ICO's who have their real product and have plan to work for real use of their product.

Of course not. All ratings are dependent on funding and advertising. I think they are vulnerable and dependent and therefore they should not be trusted. Some ratings may be independent, but it's hard to understand
