Yes i do trust ICO ratings that will relatively help me identify on what ICO projects that is worth it for investing. As we all know that those ratings are from the ico clients or the investors itself that speak up from their experience on the project.
I get most of the ICO projects I want to work with, with bounty campaigns, from ICO rating websites, they seem like a good starting point.

Yes, I trust ico ratings but I don't base my trust on ico ratings alone. I also doy personal research about the ICO I'm about to invest in.

Well, they are a good place to start when looking for ICO projects, but in the end a lot of the projects pay to be promoted in the site, which is kind of lame.

Hi there!

It depends actually, not every site is a real site. There are alot of fakers around sadly. There are some top rated ico sites that i do trust but nevertheless it will always be someones opinion, made up by there minds. Bottem line you cant trust anything, but if alot of those sites rate a project as good, maybe it is Smiley

Greetings! Always do your own research!

In my opinion ICO rating sites can give you some decent hints.
I also think there are some that are paid for promotion.

I think same rule as always should be applied.... Do your own research.

So You can look at ICO rating sites to find a new gem, but never blindly follow their rating.

I don’t believe in selflessness of such sites, they cannot be a 100% reliable source of information, because they make money on this, so they can be biased. Their information can be taken into account, but it is not worthwhile to rely on them as main source.
No, ratings is just there prediction and not having hundred percent conclusion in technology. For me I'm the one who will decide which is a legit one and can take good rate value in market.
The ratings and the promotions done by those websites could work out positive. There is a lot of people that don't know about coins yet.

In a place where there are no other means of regulating ICO It has been helpful. Not like its 100% accurate but has been helpful over time. It has also made ICO to be truthful with their dealings with investors

I do believed  that there  is what we call under the table.
Most of the review now is all about money of you dont't pay you won't get good rating. But still rating of an ICO is important because there is a chance to lure  more investors  that will lead to the success of the ICO.
Some ICO are genuine especially  those review that came from veterans.
Wherever it came from ratings are important.

investing in an ico project is a really tough decision. you need to search well to make this the most logical way. I usually consult with experienced friends.

Telling from my personal experience that ICO rating sites are biased. They do get paid out for posting such reviews. There have been few scams too from ICOs that was heavily rated by ICO rating sites. Still there are few free ICO review sites which do not take any payments for the reviews they do and one can check ICO listed by them. But before buying all must do their own research and due diligence.

Yes, and I think that ICO rating sites can be biased and there are some just selling and the numbers there are not real.

Is there a specific ICO rating site that can be really rely on? Because to some investors, getting a 5 out of 5 rating on a projects means a lot. If it this ICO sites can be manipulated, then many investors will lose their money to scam ICOs.
I usually go to the forum and look for good ICO. Look at the feedback so participants who joined. I check the Manager, how successful the ICO for which he undertook and that's enough for me.

None of the ICO rating sites (at least the free ones) explain their methodology or provide any real substantive support for their ratings - so no, I don't trust their ratings.

I take their rating with a grain of salt, they can be "a little" biased if someone pays them for a good review. I not saying that all of them are taking bribe, just suggesting that you must be careful in this crypto world.
