That's the issue today/since start of the year - the sheer amount of money gone into projects that has no product, little to no capability to create the product they want, and finally there's very little reason for their product to exist. It's a great way to fund projects, and it's important in terms of the "decentralization" I guess (to get their crypto in circulation and distributed well), but plenty of actually good projects find funding elsewhere.

Of course, any company and any idea generally needs money, the more the better, but way too many projects in the crypto sphere has been given money for nothing!

Can I crypto company be successful with a min budget during the ICO? For example, can a startup not have funding and successful launch an ICO to include whitepaper, landing page, smart contract if they are knowledgeable? Or is a lot of $$$$$$$ required for everything. I for one thing that the idea and vision is what sells. Especially if the person is transaparent and people buy in the vision. I think word of mouth will travel and people will buy in.
It can and there were so many examples that an ico used only little funds to create such a product. You can see that the old coin and they have been requiring little funds to develop a product. You can see that even the first DAG system didn't require anything and it has only created by a single developer and it didn't even need the team
.

if the team is really sincere, legit, has the experience, has the guts, has the capability to deliver results - they don't need a lot of money to start with. they can build a product without so much money in it. most of the ICOs that want huge amount just want to pocket those money. they can always expand once their product is already rolling and successful. in fact, you can start from small.

In my opinion the budget is a consequence of the project requirements. So the quality of the project can be transferred to the price in the same way that low prices represents a bad project. To add, the price is the symbol of the project for the investors and through the prices we will know the investors' adhesion. However it is only theory and there are other requirements to define a good ICO, remembering that it is my opinion only.

For a company to be successful, it needs alot of money to run the company also with alot of experience. That is why most companies do set their target at min and max cap which means if it sees a minimum amount of capital, it can continue the business.

An initial coin offering is also a fundraising,  it has mathematical point of view when it comes to payment but you should always have a great deal when it comes to deal in hiring people with skills and knowledgeable enough to make a service run.  But. I think it is impossible to run an ICO completely without money.

an ico can also be successful without a budget,

its however more difficult to find and keep teammembers, and get certain tasks done as you cant hire a serviceman.
