..cock fighting betting is very popular and very chronic here in our country..actually my father is an avid fan of cock fighting and he always bets whenever there is a cock fight in our area..this form of gambling here in our country is legal,and many people patronizing this kind of gambling..surely you will win a lot and gain a big profit when the cock you bet wins the fight..
To my understanding, my country knows nothing about the cock fighting betting becasue it has never be done in the country. Can't imagine such a thing happening in my country because there are several games here that attract gamblers to bet and not this sort of game bet.

If you are in South East Asian country, most likely cock fighting is legal specially in the Philippines but it is held in cock fighting arena. This is allowed by the government here though there are occasions where people in the villages held cockfighting without permits, that is the illegal one. This kind of gambling may not be fun to some as it is bloody but the that is the only way to win, kill the opponents bird. I do like the countries where it isn't legal and law is enforced right when someone do it. I would never bet in such things. Raising animals to suffer and die only for "fun" is not so fun from my point of view and where is the humanity in that practice? - We are supposed to be the rational ones.

It's legal here but should be regulated. Same with other gambling, it was prohibited to do it on the streets just for fun although at some cases, there are few who still doing it. Im just few kilometers away in one of the popular official cockpit arena here.

Yes it's very popular here in the Philippines and very much legal, every Sunday or holiday people are flocking to the venues where cockfighting is being held, and they made so much noise when they are betting to their favorite cocks, game can be over in less than a minute because both cocks had in their two legs a sharp small knife love watching this fight but seldom made a bet.
In the past in my country dog fight was popular but if you are caught doing it you go straight to prison and for a long time.The same applies for cock fighting too and any other animal related violence.

A few years back, the supreme court of India banned a sport called Jallikattu (South Indian equivalent of bull fighting). But the South Indian groups protested against the ban and eventually the government had to legalize it.
Honestly I have never heard about this kind of fights taking place in my country but that's probably because they are hidden from the public since they are illegal. Yes, I know that game, but I never play with them because I think it's prohibited here. I heard from my friends that it's very popular in one village and many people betting on that and some of them can make a lot of money. But I never see by myself how the game will be played because it's too far from my home, so I don't know how to join in the betting.
