There is video spreads on X that two Secret Service Agents on the rooftop opposites to the shooter, saw him several minutes before the assassination. These two men agents even used binoculars to observe the 'potential' shooter but did not take any action to eliminate this threat.

We maybe need more time to know that whether these agents did any phone calls to other agents to order them checking that area at closer distance. It's shock that they let the threat in their sight, did several shots to Trump. If Trump did not make millisecond head tilt very on-time, he would have lost his life already.

By many guidelines for Secret Agents, they must take action immediately so this assassination is a serious failure of this Secret Service team.

Conspiracy theories are going to be launched in an attempt to discredit the legitimacy of the attack, trying to drive public opinion to believe it was forged by Trump in collusion with his team to generate social commotion. It's part of the political strategy at this moment.

The fact the gunman is registered as a republican being heavily shared as an alibi for the Democrats, already display this strategy, while the most logical alternative is that the man disguised himself as a republican to have access to republican's events, so he could execute his plan.

Could just be lip service for all we know. A few years ago when he was on the seat of power, and back when bitcoin is arguably in its most important periods of presence Trump was adamant about banning it himself. Now all of a sudden he's seeing bitcoin as a worthy ally to combat "the federal government (which is him by the way) trying to take control of your money" when he himself got countless felony charges for being found to tamper with other people's finances one way or another?

I see this as another ploy to perhaps increase votes in his favor. He wanted to take all the bets he can take and if that would include the crypto bros who he hated the guts of so much in the past then it would be good for him. Makes him look like a changed man with updated opinions on the cryptocurrency titan compared to Sleepy Joe, and a bunch of other advantageous movements on his end.

While I will not be directly affected by all these poonani, since I'm living in the Philippines, I still hope the people from there get a really good president they can rely on.

Honestly, I didn't get the chance to watch the debate. But I've read on several news articles online that Biden's performance was terrible. He showed signs of cognitive decline all over the duration of the debate. Poor man. Democrats will desperately seek another candidate (replacement) to avoid losing their seat at the White House. That's for sure. I don't think Kamala Harris would be a strong contender.

I guess Mr. Trump has has a high chance of winning this election. With the oil and crypto industry behind him, what could go wrong? Perhaps, Bitcoin will turn bullish during the first year of Trump's second term as POTUS (2025). Only time will tell. The future is a mystery. So we can only hope for the best.

After just one day, there were many rumors that the Democratic Party was considering finding a replacement for Mr. Biden after the debate with Mr. Trump. Based on polls, it seems Trump has a leading margin over President Biden. What could stop Trump is if he's sentenced to prison by court. But the US constitution doesn't say anything about electing a convicted person. It is what it is. Regardless of who wins, nothing can stop Bitcoin from reaching new heights.

I bet of those 1000 active members:

* 200 of them are US citizens

Of those 200 US citizens:

* 110 will vote for Biden regardless of his stance on crypto regulations

* 90 will vote for Trump regardless of his stance on crypto regulations

This election is easily the most consequential in US history, determining whether the USA will remain a democracy or not. People aren't going to vote on silly things like their perceived crypto values.

People like the ones you mentioned above were clearly already going to vote for Trump since they are probably afraid of being imprisoned etc. and know that Trump will pardon criminals who pay him enough.

And imo if governments did support crypto it would start receiving even more regulation. Imagine any government that has a strong economy supporting something that's harder to tax.
