Been playing here a few years, the site is using 999 dice tactics, throttling bets over a certain amount, multi rolling their in house decoy token, provably fair verified by third parties years ago is no longer the case here. They know Seuntjie is no longer monitoring dice sites and have taken full advantage of it. Play at your own risk.
Not really sure what you mean by most things you said, the throttling bets part, our multi rolling the decoy tokens? So if you'd ellaborate would be highly appreciated.
Regardless, about the provably fairness well our game is provably fair and it can be individually verified by any 3d party.

How much quantity (the minimum) of Decoy tokens needed to be pot in order to participate? and also let us know if loading more tokens increases our chances of winning the pot ?
I just checked it out, you have to put at least 1 Decoy token in the pot. The pot doesn't accept any number after the decimal points. Based on the information, the winners will be chosen randomly. It is similar to lottery. Your winning chance will increase if you load more Decoy tokens in the pot, but you need the luck to be the winner.

AFAIK, their KYC procedure was your level 1 and level 2 KYC should match the level 3 KYC or else everything will be declined. If level 1 and level 2 was initially approved then your problem is the requirements for level 3 that cause a decline to all your KYC submission.
I’m not sure what documents you are submitting to them but do you try already to ask for the support to know what’s the reason behind your document disapproval? @Kirito will surely help you to solve your issue once he come back online again here.
