You have posted 0 evidence of this happening, and for someone losing a huge amount of money on an insane red streak, I'd assume you'd actually make noise as soon as that happened, not 1 year later. So this is just an attempt to blackmail us with fake claims into giving you a bonus as per the message we received and which I shared on the post you've made.
Additionally, there are plenty of posts on this forum raising concerns about duckdice.io’s fairness. for example, this post: https://imgur.com/a/OYcj7X9 shows a manipulated bet result that the user was able to verify. This raises serious doubts about your platform and prompted me to question my own experience. If you were able to share that user’s bets for verification, why can’t you do the same for mine? Ignoring this only makes your fairness claims more questionable.
