Yes I got the site confused with another site.

But I remember the scam accusation against Duckdice back in the Summer when they didn't want to refund that guy who won the 9BTC on the bonus. The way the entire situation was handled with the bonus and the BTC refund was very unprofessional.

I am not blaming the site because I in the past also got screwed over with the "bonus deposits" that many sites offer. It was my fault because like many, I never read the terms properly or understood them.

Hell even on non-bitcoin gambling sites I was screwed. I remember I made a deposit to a Forex Binary Options site, it asked do I want a "free 100% deposit bonus" and later I realized that it was impossible to withdraw any funds, even deposit (non bonus) funds until the rollover passed, which was very difficult.

Again are you going to count back again for their passed? I believe what they doing is the right thing because they give back their fund back and of course not without the winning because he played using his bonus not played using his real money yet. Simply show them a single of your pm which you sent to the user using a new account asking them to unmute your original account. Or create a support ticket with your problem and proof of your innocence.
