According to the previous reply, VPN is allowed as long as it is use not to abuse the system. I also remember way back years ago that Duelbits allowed the us of VPN, it was stated by Hhampuz if I am not mistaken when I was participating in their forum multiplier competition.
I highly agree, if one can avoid free VPN, do it so because last year there is a news about a certain free VPN service that suffered a breach and exposed 360M users.
I really like random prize compared to fix prize on a random giveaway because it gives sense of excitement and fun at the same time while waiting for the result.
Most of players are excited about random prized but I prefer the fixed one, since I always wanted to know the actual amount of prize whenever I am participating in an event. This way I can calculate and use minimum needed requirement to be qualified for the giveaway. It saves both effort and money, IMO. But if it is a giveaway that does not need any amount to wager, then I don't mind if its a random prize of a fixed one .
Can't imagine waking up to a notification of winning this prize, because so far as I myself continue to participate in giveaways on X.com, I have never won once because there are quite a lot of participants there.
It would be a great starting day if the first thing that greets us is the notification that we are among the winners of the giveaways event.
I believe the casino has the way to identify if the IP used is from VPN, they may use the DNS look-up to see if the IP address resolved to a domain name associated with certain VPN... more information on this link: https://vpnxpert.com/how-to-see-if-someone-is-using-a-vpn/
some site also stated that:
this quote simply means that there are applications and tools available in the net to identify if the user is using VPN connections.
