It's of course one of the selling points of any company with many competitors to have side perks that would make their customers stay and also attract new customers. But it's not every company that could dare to issue out the big bonuses that Duelbits is offering, what if most customers win? He is pertaining to the wagering requirements of promotion and not the deposit wagering requirements although you really have a point about the reason for requiring it. Personally I use dice game with the highest winning chance rate if I want to complete the deposit wagering requirements quickly. Sometimes I won big amount on live games I don’t want to gamble anymore but since profit is not counted as wager volume, I’m using the dice with low house edge to easily complete the requirements without any worries of losing significant amount of money.

Intermittent connections often last long unless you fixed your connection by changing releasing and renewing IP, rebooting your router, and more. The way the incident happens is just a small window of some minute gaps which can be considered short time while the intermittent connection may stay as long as the connection problem is fixed either by your provider (if the problem is on the provider side) or by you (if the problem is in your end). That said, I would advise you to run a pinger, or go to the window command console (if you are playing in pc where Windows is installed) and run cmd to open a command console. Type ping google.com -t, to ping google and check if your connection is stable and don't time out.

If the incident happens again and you see that your connection is stable then I would agree with you that it isn't on your end but rather a possible glitch on the game provider's end. But for now, since we cannot prove that you have a stable connection during those times, it can be easily said that the problem is in your end. I am not siding with the casino or game provider but just stating the obvious.

Or you suffer a glitch that you experienced recently. Sorry for your bad experience, I do not think it is the casinos fault since the game is broadcasted simultaneously. This is one of the flaw of a live game, you get rekt due to unable to perform certain decision when your connection fail you. I also experienced this kind of stuff due to connection loss.
