AFAIK previously there's 2 accusations have been created and duelbits have successfully solve the issues, this mean anyone shouldn't worried if they ever face an issues in duelbits.

Nothing can help you here except support services we can only give instructions about the problems you experience
We've seen some cases here exactly like you then the user is asked to complete the KYC if everything is according to the procedure, your funds will be sent
