Customer service will definitely provide good communication but in terms of the usual problems they take some time although sometimes they want to be faster what I expect, but for me if customer service can solve it well then I stay at the casino.

"Indonesia" is not on the list blacklisted to use "Duelbits" we only got blacklisted on the "Software Service" the casino was using. Example like "NetEnt Restriction". Most of the blacklist is came from the provider internet.

Some internet provider still not-blocked the site.
