It seems it works for everybody else - we've just received an order on OB.

Doesn't matter, I'll use the "classic" site to put my order. But in France, your openbazaar site (I don't know why) doesn't work, and I'm not a newbie in IT...

Hm, the tracking number says it has arrived to your country on 17/03/16. Have you quoted the tracking number at your local post office, and if so, what did they say?

They have said that they don't know where is is as the tracking was never updated after arriving into the UK. I have not received a customs letter either, but i don't know how long they would take to arrive.

I had my order seized (to UK) and received a customs letter about 5/6 weeks after it was posted. Assuming they haven't arrived, customs take a while to get in touch.
