Can I decrease the font size of the signature without getting my ass kicked?
Well I guess senior members are paid more because the size of their signature is more than the members/full members. So, its understood that you have to keep the large size of your signatures to get your payment, else you'll get kicked.

make sure the comments are constructive. Everything else is automated, including check for no spam posts, re-enroling and check the number of posts this month(that means, no need to PM Ritz each month)

Nope because more then one person verifying the campaign is legit is perfectly valid confirmation. If the sole response was one person posting I'd be slightly worried personally as thats easy to fake.

Sorry to disagree. There are also people like Danny Hamilton and Death & Taxes. They contribute a lot for real constructive purposes on Bitcoin. But yes, Ritz, Stunna and UpDown.bt et all are the reason of BitcoinTalk's high pageview which results in their ad selling at higher rate too. Banning these campaigns will probably hamper the forum activity in general.

Right. A couple hundred posters don't make a forum as broad as Bitcointalk. This isn't even touching on the international sub forums here.
