Why should they be banned exactly? And people don't 'bounce around' on GAW because you have to keep your sig for the full month. With PD you can leave after the 17th or so and join Ritz for the rest of the month then move back. I guess some people just like to get their money earlier, but that's why I think a deal paying weekly will be more beneficial to a lot of people. Surprised more don't actually pay weekly instead.

That's what I never got. I could get if they were in a lower paying one, like GAW, or Miner, but nah. They're in with the pretty good ones. I've never seen anyone from GAW bouncing around like that. And to be honest, the PDs are right behind Ritz on the pay scale.

Well yes, but I hardly doubt that one can make 3000 constructive posts here in a month even if you are hours and hours on the forums each day. It takes time to read through a thread and make a useful reply. Imagine making 100 of those 30 days in a row. That is pretty hard, otherwise you would be spamming and get banned.
