Yeah I post about 100 posts a week. Been doing this for months. Getting paid for it is nice for me. I do give good info and tips on setup of gear. And try in general to be helpful to the forum and the world of btc. (alt coins too).

So getting .4 to .6 btc a month to do this is cool. Hopefully it lasts for a 1/2 year or more.

It's actually a handful of members that gave Ritz negative feedback that also have negative feedback themselves.

If it was a hero member with a ton of green giving Ritz negative feedback, then that's when I would pay attention.

I don't think even the best lawyer can convince a judge that is libel, the most offensive word is spamming, which is not libel. Deleting negative posts is probably true.

So is your case against him that the comment is red, and it gives a negative sign in the profile? This seems like a waste of legal fees.

Better solution: Make peace with the guy, I'm sure if you're cordial the trust will be deleted and you don't have to spend money on legal fees. If you pushed the case all the way nothing would happen to him, and he would probably go around attacking you.

Unless there is a comment that I haven't seen that counts as libel.

is kinda true what you says in order for you to take them to court, is there blogging your name all over google, without harder evidence you wont be able to take them to court, my uncle is a lawyer and I had him look at my comments that I had made against Ritz and you really you didnt have nothing against me. Not to blow your bubble but you gonna need alot more evidence. I honestly wish you could take them to court one of them that I dont like lol but its not enough

We gave this guy a chance. He still refuses, so we go down the legal path. We gave him 24 more hrs and then the fun begins.
Anyway we have damages now to claim.
