When do you think Eth will break $2,000?
This year is already impossible to happen so maybe by next year but still it will depend of when this bearish market will going to stop because i believed that most of the cryptos were affected by this bearish that if just happen that this bearish did not appear then i believed that the whole crypto market is very expensive by now specially Bitcoin and Ethereum.
I think that such a high cost in the near future should not be expected by the end of 2018 is expected to increase this currency, but of course there are other factors affecting it.
I think ethereum will back $2000 in 6 month from now, im sure that in 2019 is good time cryptocurrency grow
I want ETH to go up just to be able to sell it, I don't see it overcoming the competition

Selling for profit right? This is what all of us wants. Selling also depends on your initial price and the current price could be made as the initial price by investing now. $1900 ETH by end of 2019 is conservative in my opinion.
But the real mater of discussion is whether ETH will recover to such a huge value any time sooner? Hopefully when Bitcoin recovers, it might have an impact on the ETH as well and in such cases, the inflow of funds in to ETH rises which also helps rise the price. I am expecting the rise in the start of the next year.

I have waited that ethereum break 2000 dollars for 8 months. I still wait that increasing moves of ethereum. I hope we will see greens on cryptocurrency in 3 months.
I think new version of ethereum will be released anytime soon which may propel the growth of ethereum's market price and capitalization. That price (2,000$) may be attainable next year or this coming 2020s.
$2000? are you serious? even back or recover to all time high price is very difficult for ethereum to be reached. I dont underestimate the potential side of thereum with its advantages and supported by huge number of community, but for now, lets think realistic, even everything can be happened in cryptocurrency, but for me $2000 is out of my mind for ethereum price to be reached. it is good for ethereum to stay above $200 until the end of this year, recovery time will come in the early 2019, so lets patient and wait carefully.

I exchanged it for BTC and sold gradually. Back in 2015-2016 I didn't know how popular it'll get. The plan was to re-buy at least some of BTC but that never happened due to my personal and health issues

As soon as ETF is approved another bull-market may commence. Most investors are waiting for it, the market cap may double or even triple if this happens. Most top coins may even break their recent ATH. Let's hope that SEC will finally approve ETF before the year ends.

I think that the cost of eth reaches $ 2000 as soon as the uptrend begins ! I think that will be the beginning of 2019.
Certainly, such a big increase will not happen as quickly as you think. Remember the last ath which was around 1,300$. Hence, still a long way to 2k$. The current market situation does not allow us to believe this will happen at the beginning of 2019.
Because of the long run of the bear market, I think ETH price will break 2000 USD within the next 5 years. If bitcoin price surpasses 30K USD then ETH can break 2K USD, though that will be tough for ETH, Because there is not price ratio between bitcoin and Ethereum anymore. In January we saw If bitcoin price breaks 10K-12K USD, ETH price was 800-900 USD. But Now, Ethereum price is very low. So, if the bull run happens in this year, Then still ETH can't surpass 500 USD, 2K USD is far away for Ethereum. This is my opinion.
Conditions in the near future are in a bad situation. It takes a very long time if the ETH wants to try to achieve fantastic value. Support for ETH is still very good and the market potential is also very broad. All we need to do is wait until the situation gets much better. if to predict it is very difficult, so we all monitor enough and continue to wait until the bitcoin price breaks again at $ 2,000. and if for the short term it would be very difficult for ethereum to achieve it

It is very hard to estimate the timeframe for such a move. The chance of this happening is low for this year and more likely to be sometime next year.
somehow when it happened we could not get the exact analysis that happened now it looks like ETH is very difficult to break 200 $ when BTC starts to color
Maybe in 2022 nothing is impossible with ethereum every coin has a chance to grow in the next following years
