I am not that sure. EOS has had a big run in the last months and a nice consolidation, but the recent major vulnerabilities (even if fixed already) could play a mayor role in keeping back its price.

This is a good price for the eos but do not forget that now the market is falling and such growth can only be on global growth of market or very good news. Rather, it's guesswork and nothing more.
EOS was pumped too much this recent time, especial when the market in the downtrend, and it hit ATM. This June it will launch the Main net so i think its price will not reach to that target this July.
In my opinion, such a sharp increase in this project ahead so far there are no prospects for development, so I do not think that they will grow in price so much

EOS is a buzzword in my favorite cryptocurrency list for the past week, but it's not on my list anymore because of the serious loss of lives and the bad sales that I've made in the direction of my need for money to go to a new deposit. Obviously, I do not think it will reach these values in such a short time. I think that you will continue to progress in a downtrend for at least a while.
I am not sure about the value end of july... I expect that it will dump after the mainnet launch, because the most people will maybe sell the news.. I saw that sometimes in the past and it could also happen to EOS.

In principle, this is quite real, as EOS launches its platform. There are also rumors that bitcoin should show us growth in the near future. This will be the perfect moment for EOS

I like the prediction of John McAfee, though his predictions are often inaccurate. But for EOS, reaching $36 is not a difficult task.
