While the technologies are good. ETH has come a long way and has support from corporate as well as retail. EOS technology is new, needs to have use cases and acceptance among the crypto lovers. Also depends on whether you are a long-term investor or a trader. Trade or investment positions can be taken accordingly.
I think this is certainly an ethereum! Firstly, the Etereum has one of the most popular blockchain, which makes it possible to post a huge number of ICO projects on its basis! I think that the ethereum has huge opportunities for development and soon the price will begin to approach the cost of the bitcoin!
For me, ETH is a good choice now. You will see its full strength soon.
Ethereum will be the best choice if you want to make investment, eventhough EOS also look good in market, but ethereum always be the best investment, if you want to trade daily, perhaps you can try EOS, but if you want to invest in longterm, i prefer ethereum to EOS.
I would invest in both coins because both coins have good prospects.
As for me I still preferred to invest on ethereum because of its reliability. EOS maybe better to invest because of its good plan but it has a long way to go unlike ETH
For me is impossible to compare EOS and Ethereum. I see no parallel between these two. Ethereum is one of the most loved and most popular coins. It is very widely spread and used. EOS has done nothing yet. It is too young to compare with Ethereum.
Ethereum is also unstoppable like bitcoin i think ethereum will give us a big profit later when it is already legal and used as payment method and EOS is also good project. But if you have lot of money to be invest you can use them both and the profit will be more than choosing one coin only.

Eth would be more stable than eos for now.
But when eos really gets started and there will be alot of daps build etc, eos will go off. So in my opinion is eos a great mid to long term investment!

EOS is a good coin and will be Ethereum's tough competitor in the future but for now EOS still have to work very hard if EOS want to beat ETH because the price difference is still far enough, for now I still prefer Ethereum.
EOS is just now as of June 1st going live from a testnet. Your question is very broad but in terms of better investment, ETH is very well established and there are tons of smart contracts using it actively. Hope that helps. It's obviously true if you don't even watch the latest news or update from the EOS. 1st june is expected by the shitty team of EOS to launch its main net but there so many vulnerabilities that makes EOS getting frezee. All of the thing of launch EOS main net is fail. It's the worst blockchain ever i seen in my history.

In the current situation of better growth of crypto industry I want to make some investment.
But I really got confused when I am going to make the final decision. My mind is supporting ETH but my study suggesting to go for EOS.
I am just freaking puzzled to make the final decision.
Could you plesae suggest me one or both with percentage to make a fruitful investment??

For me the best is Ethereum as it is an upgraded version of bitcoin's first generation blockchain. There is also NEO but for some reason NEO never become so popular, alos very few ICOs on the NEO platform. EOS might be a big contender in the future but this year I see no chance for them yet.
And what's the problem with buying both coins. When there is growth, both will show good prices.
Now ETH is preferable to EOS. But I think in a year EOS will be a very popular coin.

I prefer that you should choose a coin based on the market statistics, we already saw how much ethereum grow in this past few months and if we are going to invest today while the market price is low then we will surely earn a huge amount of profit when the market prices goes back to normal.
I also like EOS and ETH, I probably invested in Crypto currency, in a ratio of 60% ETH and EOS 40%. Or just do it 50/50. EOS inspires confidence.
