Did anyone watched Feyenoord - NEC game? If not, I'm sorry for you because you missed a lot Cheesy. It was sick game. One of the best games this season not just in Eredivisie, but in whole Europe in general.
Feyenoord scored 2 early goals and it already looked that they are going to achieve easy win. But NEC in the first half already responded with 2 goals and made score 2:2. In 2nd half they scored 3rd goal. Amazing comeback. But it's not the end - Guus Til responded with 2 goals near to the end of game and Feyenoord were leading again. And Feyenoord finished things by scoring 5th goal.
Amazing win, but I feel sorry for NEC - They didn't deserved to leave Roterdam with 0 points.

I watched the second half and it was amazing NEC scored an amazing goal to lead 2-3 and then Feyenord just started pushing and pushing and pushing and they scored 3 goals after that for a total of 5 goals what a match and what an ending. Til destroyed NEC in this match.

PSV and Feyenoord have also won their games yesterday, Feyenoord is now closing on PSV and certainly fight for the 2nd place with, Willem II I can not assess enough, they are strong and stable enough to fight for the 2nd or 3rd place permanently?

Ajax is a real goal machine this season
regarding 2nd place fight, Willem II seems to have rather good start, but I think they will drop out through-out the season, and PSV will probably have only Feyenoord to fight for CL next season (could not set apart that even Feyenoord will go down with form during the season)
AZ is a surprise for me, they are next to bottom with 3 points from five matches, really disappointing, but their luck will probably change to the better

I also think that only Feyenoord and PSV are good enough to fight for 2nd place, Ajax seems to be extremely strong again and is back in the title hunt.

So far, Ajax have been showing a great performance like all the time. They won 5 games and got a draw and they are the leading team in the table. They scored 27 goals and conceded only 1 in their first 6 matches. This is really huge for them but it mustn't be that hard as they have very easy opponents in general. The only teams that can get a point against them seem like PSV, Feyenoord and Twente (already did). I don't say AZ Alkmaar because they are terrible this season (1W 4L).

I agree, Ajax is putting in a very strong performance in the league and also in the Champions League and are probably unbeatable in the league. Why AZ is so weak this year I can not explain?

After Ajax Amsterdam beat Fortuna Sittard 0 - 5, today we will see their rivals play against the Go Ahead Eagles, currently PSV Eindhoven is in third place in Eredivisie with 4 wins, 0 draws and 1 loss. Meanwhile, Go Ahead Eagles are in 9th position in the standings.

and when you think you saw everything this weekend, PSV got trashed 0:4 at home, by Feyenoord
two late goals, but nevertheless, painful lose for PSV, and yeah it does seem that Ajax is already holding the title, although the season just started
Yeah, that was really something unexpected. Especially because result is such big and they won away. Until now Feyenoord looked not impressive at all and this win get them closer to leading group.
This week we will have midweek round which will start tomorrow. There is no must watch games, maybe only Twente - Alkmaar sound interesting for neutral spectator.

In the bag I would not say now the season is still very long, but such slips of PSV hurt them and will also not be good for self-confidence. For the fans of the Dutch league, it would of course be advantageous if Feyenoord could catch up and it becomes a three-way fight for the title.  But will Ajax allow that or will they play sovereign like last year?

Tomorrow, PSV are going to play a home match against Feyenoord. And this is one of the biggest games in the league I think. PSV started with 4 wins in 4 matches. Feyenoord lost one of their 3 matches and won the rest of them. Interestingly, the last 3 matches in this stadium ended with the same result which was 1-1. But this time could be different. And I expect PSV to win this by one goal.
A pretty hot match was presented here but I was very surprised by the final score which was like a massacre for PSV considering they lost by 4 goals at home.
but indeed Feyenoord's players played well on all fronts and even if they lost in match statistics they were able to mess up the psv defense and maximize the chances that occurred.

Inter won against Bologna 6:1, Bayern won against Bayern 7:0, but Ajax isn't impressed about it and humiliated Cambuur 9:0  Cool. Such results aren't that often in biggest European leagues, but it's not even biggest Ajax win in recent years - last year they trashed Venlo 13:0.
And start of season is very solid for Ajax - in 5 rounds 22 goals scored and just 1 conceded. In Europe they started very powerful too with huge 5:1 against Sporting.

That's why Ajax competes in top Europe like the Champions League and teams like PSV and Feyernoord fail to do the same. Ajax is a more superior team and tbh, that result doesn't surprise me. I'm even beginning to think that Ajax is just too good for teams in the eredivise. At this rate, Ajax would easily with the title for the umpteenth time again.

The Dutch teams are currently playing a very good European season and are scoring a lot of points in the 5 year ranking. With currently 4.800 points they have scored more than all other nations.

Twente won over Vitesse 1:4 in Arnhem, in a last match yesterday, to complete unusual round in EreDivisie

Ajax 9:0 win is really remarkable, and they are goal machine this season

Ajax, as mentioned, is in very good shape and my favorite to win the title. Ajax, as mentioned, is in very good shape and my favorite to win the title. For PSV, losing to Feyenoord was definitely a bit of a setback.

I was astounded by the result in the Ajax - Cambuur game today. Ajax played one of their most comfortable games also. The result was 9-0 and it was just insane I mean. They have proven one more time that they are the king in this league and this will go on like it for a long time. They scored 22 goals in 5 league games so far and conceded only one. It is like their opponents are just trash and doing nothing against them. The most serious opponents are teams like PSV and Feyenoord. But I'm still confident that Ajax will get another title at the end of the season.
Ajax created a big winning, 9 goals. Maybe when has more extended time, 11 player can create a goal for each. this can be proved Ajax is till no.1 on Eredivisie, while PSV seems like a fickle team, It's a shame when losing too much at home, maybe defeat from Sociedad still affect them. even though they have the ball but can't execute accurately, that is very different from the previous game.

Ajax has been dominating for years in the Netherlands and will still dominate, they have the best academy for young players and they keep getting amazing players from it.Teams like Cambuur dont deserve to be in the top league when losing that big. Also i was think PSV would make trouble for Ajax in this season but i guess they arent gone a be even close this year again.

agree, expected a bit more from AZ in their match with PSV, but quality difference and high and obvious
PSV will try to give Ajax a bigger headache this season than previous one, when Ajax won everything, without excitement in last rounds
PSV is quite convincing at the beginning, I'm sure they will be consistent to create any winning in the next match. I am not wrong to make choices for them. although no forwarder dominates the scores, PSV still has a player who good assist (Cody Gakpo and Gotse), About Gakpo he creates a goal when Netherland meets Montenegro, he is still young and possible in the future top club will look at him.

Ajax and PSV have fulfilled their role and won the games clearly, even if it is still a bit early, but they are clearly among the title candidates and I don't think any other team will win the title except PSV or Ajax, even if I favor Ajax.

Feyenoord looked really good at the beginning, with Europa league competition as well, but they will struggle to win in series, and that could be a race-breaker for them, but third place should be theirs
