To be honest, I spoke with the guys. They were sincere. Revitup even created a new website. I think the issue they were trying to solve didn't need solved. i.e. the blockchain stopped moving because of a lack of hashing power. Nothing else. Soft fork wasn't required.

Where does RPC fit in to your plans within the DASH fork?
Initial Liberty coin supply will be equal to RPC supply. Anyone with an RPC balance at a given block height will be given an equal amount of Liberty coins. Which they can then use to launch liberty nodes and earn more coins.

What happened to all the new things you were going to do with updating RPC? Did you follow through with new wallets and so on?
I think revitup and his dev had planned to do a soft launch but it never happened. TBH, I don't think its necessary, seems like the issue was a problem with suffecient hashing power, which seems to be solved now.
I think the best option now is to pursue a hard fork - on a seperate chain. With new coins to be distributed to RPC balance holders. RPC holders can then own both coins. Please jump into telegram group and provide feedback on plan.
Strange thing is though they came in to the thread and announced new things and got people excited but in the end seems they did not do much. When people feel let down once will they ever jump on-board again?

Your evidence is based on which facts that can be checked? Do you have any URL links to the research by highly regarded finance experts that back up your $10,000 assumptions?
you will have all the evidence you need within 7 years to either validate or refute my stated beliefs... I would say two things however (a) many of the so-called "financial experts" have pooh-poohed the bitcoin phenomena, even as bitcoin has shown its resilience and persistence [I've lost track on how many times it was to have 'died' or proclaimed 'dead'] so appeal to authorities in this case does not seem to be much applicable (b) more importantly, people have the ability to actually drive and create the news instead of being passive onlooker... I know of plans that may drive RPC to wild heights... there is some work to be done on the coin though - may be even a hard fork may be necessary... but I see an extreme amount of value in this coin - it is not dead

The way some newbies are posting here they are making it out to be a very active and in-demand coin. There have been several posts about others taking it over and giving it new life so to answer your question yes it seems it exists but that is all.
