I wanted to send a big thank you to the mystery donor who sent me 10,000 RPC on 2017-07-20. That is extremely generous and thank you to whoever you are.
More importantly: Are there any developers who want to take-over this coin? I just don't have the time any more. I really think it could be revived and made great.

I'll withdraw to shut down my security parameters and allow full-on support for CS777 if they want to take on RPC as take-over dev. I think people have been doing that on and off for a while now since the creator is busy. No one really pays attention to this coin anyway and it's crazy still. Bagholder paranoia of take-over attempts of RPC when the chain is down, added security-layer to ensure of no false flag attacks. NO proof CS is PV. My apologies.

the answer is NO - - - I am not Paul Vernon (I am assuming you mean the "big Vern" guy that used to run the Cryptsy exchange) I lost about 12000 RPC from that exchange, I also lost a stash of SUPER coins, and some other coins as well

Somebody who wants your latest/updated [if different from before] top suggestions about what changes you would make to the RPC code to make it reflect that of a serious digital asset worth investing in for the long-term. First fixes to any problems we've been facing? Compared to last time, could you add some "lamen's terms" footnotes to each proposal you submit so that the lesser-knowledgeable folks like me can understand what the benefits are, like, Snark? Shrek's cousin? Can you also share if anything would require any kind of forking? Forks always scared me. Can you "X" any proposals that you can actually program/implement yourself?

I think that someone put a relatively large amount of hashpower on the mining network so that it is going to take some time for chain to start moving again.
Maybe we need to recruit a dev to update the difficulty adjustment, and other upgrades...

Would you mind sharing some about yourself first? I'm a bagholder and I'm always concerned that someone's looking for an excuse to "fix" things - just so that they can pump this coin up, quite a bit, to maybe sell a lot of [possibly] stolen RonPaulCoins. That'd be sweet if you could do that and I hope no offense was taken.
