I understand that this wallet is the safest thing out there and is immune to malware. Is this because at the moment hackers haven't programmed their malware to infect the Trezor yet or is it because it's physically impossible for it to get infected?

If it's the latter then I would like to know how this do this and why this isn't implemented to more technology.

I'm a little concerned due to the fact that the owner of this thread got his account hacked judging by his trust ratings.

Thanks for the link I guess that answers a lot of my questions.

I did not find information on the webcite, what radically differs the new wallet Trezor T from the old one. Should I buy it if I already have Trezor?

Will the new wallet have better protection or functionality?

Trezor is my favorite Smiley do you know if they will be creating a new model soon?

A new model was released a few weeks back but they were all sold, you will have to wait If you want to order one (I don't recommend it though as there is nothing much added compared to the old version).

i'm interested in learning more about this. How can i determine if this is more secure and efficient than the other wallets?

If compared to other wallets such as Electrum, Mycelium etc. then It's obviously better for the simple reason that unlike Trezor, these wallets are only safe as long as your computer contain no malware while with Trezor and Ledger nano S (or HW in general), the device is totally offline and when connected to a computer, it doesn't matter If it's infected. As for choosing between different hardware wallets, then It's a matter of preferences (price, supported coins etc.)

I am going to buy this hardware wallet, where can I buy it from?
is it on amazon or I have to take it from the official site?
thanks

I'd buy it from the official website If I were you, the shipping is fast. If you decided to go with Amazon for some reason, just make sure the box is still sealed, you would know If someone tampered with it. You can still contact Trezor to confirm If the sellers on Amazon, eBay etc. are authorized or not.
I will buy it from official web site.
thank you for advice

If someone is facing any issues having access to the wallet through Firefox Quantum (latest version). Try to run it on Private mode (that worked for me) even though I had an Adblocker Add-on only so not sure what that was the cause.

Just to let others know, I have used trezor for the past two and half years. It started malfunctioning about four months ago. The USB port stopped working. I have to press upwards on the USB cable to get the computer to recognize it. I removed all coins from the wallet and I finally got around to contacting SatoshiLabs to get it fixed. I was told it had been more than a year, so they would not help me. There response was go buy another trezor.  I find this unacceptable that Trezor is okay with hardware failure after only two years. You don't buy a trezor to only use it for one year; the company needs to change their policy and increase their quality control.

BitPay has recently announced that it will discontinue its Copay bitcoin wallet Chrome app, due to Google’s decision about Chrome apps’ end-of-life in 2018. As a consequence, multisig wallets with TREZOR as a co-signer will no longer be available after this date.

If you stored your bitcoins on a multisig wallet with the help of Copay bitcoin wallet, we strongly recommend moving your funds to your TREZOR.

If you leave your funds in the multisig wallet even after the discontinuation of Chrome apps, you will need to import your seed into a Copay wallet on another platform to access your coins.

Thank you for understanding,

I have got my trezor wallet few weeks back
Trezor is an extremely good hardware wallet and it has been it's been around for a lot longer than others and has a excellent reputation.
I believe trezors source code and is based off of keep key, so in that way they should be pretty equal in terms of security.
