Heroic-BIG fight was won by heroic as I expected. Tabsen stood out in big with his individual performance but his individual performance was not enough to win the match. Heroic played better as a team than big. We can see from these results that CS:GO is not an individual game. No matter how good you are individually, it is not enough.

Liquid are on a row!

Its more like they were throwing away that free win against Infamous and I lost alot betting on it. Its only been day 1 and I have lost decent amount because I thought Secret and Liquid would be killing it against the NA & SA teams. I should have cashed them out after the 1st game, profit was around 1.4x or something dang it

It's been a trending topic but it's not the most hyped news that I've seen today it's the last chance qualifiers for the TI. And that is because it will happen tomorrow.
I'm even looking at that video posted by Holyhexor about that "uncrowned king" and it should be posted today but it's not yet even uploaded or played.

We are looking forward for the LGD Paris to make a good draft and have secured with the spot and for sure I make a prediction here with the top 4 which is the LGD, OG, Team Spirit and Team Secret, puppy never been out in the international he joined from the start but still cant manage at the top 2.
I've seen that there's now the video but I haven't watched it because I first watched the games on the first day of the LCQ of TI. Speaking of Team Secret, they're the crowd favorite that shall get the 1 out of two slots for this LCQ. T1 didn't do well as they end the first day with a 1-3 score from the two games having best of 2 series. And by tomorrow, we'll see how this group stage will end as the 4 teams from two brackets being in the bottom two per bracket will be out and eliminated for the playoffs.

Secret is doing great so far with 1 draw and 1 win.

VP is doing great as well.

Na'Vi ...will trow anytime soon as that is typical for them.

ViCI gaming , always a great team that can pull magic drafts out of nowhere so eyes on their drafts.

Liquid are on a row!

off to a flying start in Worlds. 3/3 wins in my tickets. Some upsets, some awful games and then some banger games. Faker and Gala absolutely killed it last night. Too bad i went with RNG kills handicap, the moneyline was at 3 odds prematch  Roll Eyes

all matches today are 🔥🔥🔥 i see some value in Rogue to win. 2.5 odds for the LEC's #1 seed facing a play-in team? worth it. Two more tickets: EDG -8.5 and T1 -9.5

Dang Worlds and TI start at the same time. I guess I'll get alot of entertainment from all these games even on my day off huh
The International and Worlds. At the same time

Me thinking about it:

m0nesy needs to get out of the G2 sinking ship fast and find a team that actually cares about going Major, not niko and his bitch.
I think G2 wants to build a new roster around m0nesy and make him the poster boy. And i reckon he wants to prove himself
Personally i would bench HooXi and NiKo. HooXi, never rated him, some people just fail upwards and imo hooxi is one of them. NiKo chokes in crucial games with G2, it's become a pattern by now, time to move on

It is really shocking indeed. G2 were the biggest surprise because they seemed to have made a big progress before this tournament started. However something started to went wrong suddenly. They couldn't even beat GamerLegion and I wouldn't expect this match to be their last in the tournament. Astralis have already been in a big trouble so I'm not too surprised. Their only win was against Eternal Fire which are another team saying goodbye to the tournament.

Maybe even Astralis might also make big changes in the team later. TSM are coming back to the game again so maybe they'd like to sign some of their old players back from Astralis for example.
G2 made some progress but it was not enough. Niko was the problem but 'no, let's just find a new igl', play for a couple of months and repeat the whole process. Never brought in the hooxi meme too. G2 fans called him gigachad and such. Stupid forced meme. And yeah, Astralis has been hit-and-miss, slowly going downhill for years.

To be fair, it's not like ASStralis and G2bots have been winning tournaments recently, the rankings should stay the same with the actual top teams with the winning mentality intact staying at the top of the list (Navi, Faze, Vitality, Liquid). If anything both astralis and g2 should've been outside of the top 10 a long time ago
Definitely out of the top 10 for Astralis after the next HLTV ranking update. m0nesy needs to get out of the G2 sinking ship fast and find a team that actually cares about going Major, not niko and his bitch.

But if they do go far, it is still good for CS. Better competition and maybe we see new strategies.
Agree. I saw this downfall of top-tier teams like G2 and Astralis as positive news. Give push for new orgs and teams to start their journey to CSGO pro, and new players bought up to the scene. No more old and stagnant. Maybe it sad a bit but this is better for the CSGo scene.

A very convincing start for Team Secret. Game 2 is bit of rough for them during the laning phase, and Tempest was convincingly dominating given how cancer their heroes are (Sniper, Undying, Weaver lol). The thing that Tempest didn't capitalize on was their snowballing potential from minute 15 leading to the first rosh. Well, that's what happens anyway if you use Undying as a support in this meta: you can't use his true potential of fronting and making enemies weak by the second all the while dishing out huge damage consistently with zombies and decay.

Team Secret dominated T1 completely. The support of T1 was not able to get to the level of Topson. T1 in both maps had a good laning phase where they took a good lead early. Topson also dominated his lane but somewhere along the game, the supports and kuku were not able to sustain their lead and Matumbaman was able to capitalize with it. They were not able to protect topson to sustain his momentum.

It is also good to note that ANA seems not to be playing well. He was always out of position in the first game and was not able to help Topson for a fast kill.

T1 was able to gain their confidence back against Infamous. Map 2 is still ongoing but in Map 1, they dominated Infamous completely. Topson was everywhere with his Leshrac. This is good win to have since they will have strong teams to go against tomorrow. They will be going against Xtreme, VP and Wildcard tomorrow.

On Na'Vi vs nouns, it's the same old story. Costabile posing lots of problems with the team's ability to take fights. They should really replace this man and get someone capable in having that carry role.

Teams with two wins are going to play against each other in the Minor tournament tomorrow.

As far as I can see, MOUZ-Vitality and BIG-Heroic are the most impressive matchups. My picks for these matches are Vitality @1.44 and BIG @2.50. BIG started to show some improvement lately that's why I think of betting on them despite their not being the favourite side. They defeated even Vitality recently in this tournament. This was a proof of how much they were capable of beating even the biggest teams of the game. I still expect a close matchup but BIG might be able to win by 2-1.

Vitality are very clearly the favourite team. Maybe they stumbled against BIG but I don't expect them to repeat the same result. MOUZ were beaten by Natus Vincere before and Vitality can also do the same to them.

I wonder who your bets are in today's last match qualifiers? I only have some pub info on T1 and nouns, and I think not all of them ran scrims against each other so we're going in to this qualifiers somewhat blind.

The only teams I have full confidence on as of this moment is VP and Secret. The rest, I'm not sure whether they can perform or not. Secret is a heavy favorite, and they are posting good results even before their loss. Might as well stick to that while they're still around and get some $$$.

We continue to see really interesting results in the Major qualifiers. G2 lost to gamerlegion, the 60th team in the hltv rankings, and was eliminated from the tournament. According to hltv twitter page, this is the first time since 2015 that g2 will miss a major tournament. A really interesting statistic. After 7 years they won't be able to participate in a major tournament. More or less the same goes for Astralis.

That is interesting. I was not able to watch the game but, 60th team. The odds must has been through the roof. Whoever bet to gamerlegion must have won big time.

Are we going to witness the new era of CSGO, with new faces and names, taking the top of the HLTV ranking? Or just a temporary lowest moment for the top teams?

NIP, Faze, C9, Secret, Vitality are still there. We do not know how far the new faces will go but they still have tough competition to face. I do not see this team  easily falling from the low ranking teams.

But if they do go far, it is still good for CS. Better competition and maybe we see new strategies.

Last chance qualifier finally starts in couple of hours. Without much info on the teams since most of them did not play for a quite long time I opted to take underdogs to make it hard on the favorites. Basically chosen all +0.5 handicaps except for few games where there is a very clear favorite like Secret against Tempest and Xtreme Gaming against Wildcard gaming.

We shall see if it will be profitable by the time I wake up in the morning. Then it will be time to put some bigger bets after having some stats to go with.

I do not see these two getting upset at this stage but we will see if you are lucky enough to win your handicap bets. I expect these two to be at the top of their respective groups, so I am betting they both will win 2-0. Since it is the first game, I will just bet small amount on these two just to be on the safe side. Good luck with your bets.

When I look at tomorrow's rmr qualifiers, the teams I see as favorites are; Vitality, Heroic, Outsiders, Falcons, Sangal and Monte. Of course this is what I think for group a. Just because I see these teams as favorites doesn't mean I'm betting on them Cheesy
I think the Og-Outsiders match will be closer than the other matches, and the reason for that is that OG's squad is not really reaching its full potential. Hopefully sangal will also get a win and improve their major tournament chances by one game.

G2 lost against tier 2 teams. On the Inferno map, Acor played a terrifying game. Legion won Round 15 with Acor 2 tech-9 hits. How he progressed from banana was so incredible, in the last rounds G2 loses eco rounds to tier 2 teams. The Legion team is in the major. The real thing is not in g2 and Astralis major, this is unexpected Shocked.

The successful ones in group A are as in the picture, it was a really interesting group and interesting results were obtained.

I believed in Eternal Fire with my bet but they showed another poor performance and lost. Rather than disbanding I think that they need some more changes. First they should replace imoRR immediately as he has literally no game sense. I don't have any bad words for his aim because it is really impressive. But aim isn't adequate by itself if you are playing for a team. You need to improve your vision and you should be able to think sophisticatedly. If you just focus on peeking everyone at any time then you don't deserve your position in that team.

As we are getting interesting results in the RMR I really wonder what kind of Major we will have this time. There are already some big teams that have been eliminated before reaching that stage. It is good to see some different results to make things more competitive but it's still interesting to see these big teams losing to much lower teams by big scores.

Imorr is far from his sangal performance. I really expected big things from him after his transfer to eternal fire, but it didn't happen. His performance shows that it's time for something to change. I don't think it's only imorr's problem, they did a great injustice to Xfloud. He had some really good clutch plays and took the team off the post in important places.

Xantares, as always, is trying to carry the team. But you have to remember that this is not an individual game but a team game. The better the team is, the better you can play and win. It shouldn't look at one person. There are still shortcomings in Eternal fire that I can't make sense of. This may be due to the individual performance of the players and the coach. This needs to be improved as soon as possible. Otherwise bad results will continue.

I think that Eternal Fire team are very likely to disband in the near future if they continue to play like this. There is no "team" here. It's all about individual performances. XANTARES has been really unhappy recently as you can see this on his face clearly. He must be very uncomfortable with the performance of the team while he is making a big effort.

I recommend XANTARES to leave this miserable team and join one of the biggest European teams. I've no doubt that many big teams would be eager to sign a very solid fragger like him. "XANTARES PEEK" has no match now.  Grin
I totally agree, but there is a problem. The Turkish community is a bit toxic and almost every time a match is lost they look for a place to criticize. Yes Xantares is playing alone, but this team was set out for Turkey to achieve a success, that is, to achieve a success as Turks. I think the problem actually stems from friendship. Imorr and paz are not players who can play at this level which we have seen many times before. They should put friendship aside and focus on their work. Xfloud started to perform well in faceit. If he is brought back to the team and soulfly is included in the squad, maybe they can be a better squad. Xfloud will continue as a support and soulfly is a player who can easily play imorr's role. He has a better aim.

G2 and Astralis go to de_airport! G2 lost 1:2 to GamerLegion while Astralis lost 0:2 to forZe. Both with the final result 1:3 in the group and are eliminated from the next IEM RIO 2022 MAJOR! Could you believe it? Two giants of the CSGO, #5 and #8 of HLTV, with high-profile and top-tier star players, are now become a relic of the past.

Are we going to witness the new era of CSGO, with new faces and names, taking the top of the HLTV ranking? Or just a temporary lowest moment for the top teams?
