This is today's program in the ESL Pro League. I see only one match that might be competitive and that is FaZe - G2 obviously. G2 have impressed people a lot by their recent performance. HooXi and jks started to get better after some matches and the team are in a good form recently. FaZe are still a very tough team to defeat for G2 of course. But G2 can at least show some resistance even if they lose here. Winning one map and not getting embarrassing scores would still be good for them against the number one team. Outsiders and BIG should be able to win easier. BIG finally won a match after a long time. It was still not very easy against MIBR but this was very important. With the help of this win they can play more confidently against FTW.

I think FaZe @1.52 and Outsiders @1.31 are great choices for the day. BIG have only a 1.03 odd so I don't think it's worth betting on.
Both Faze and G2 have 3 wins right now at group stage B and will meet each other tonight. Whoever wins, going to be at the top of group stage B, at 4/5 rounds. Guaranteed a spot to the playoff with a result of 4 wins, 0 losses. BIG also doesn't have any chance to get the 3rd spot for the playoff, Outsiders will take it easy.

FTW is a stepping stone for other teams right now with 0-3. Kinda feels bad for them but this is the CS pro scene, hope they and MIBR gather as much experience as they can when matching with the top-tier teams.

Really sad to BIG losing to Outsiders 2-0 this week and the game wasn't even close. I kind of expected more of them, but they don't seem to be in the best shape this tournament. Still for todays game against FTW it should be a clear win, FTW seems like the weakest team this series. The most anticipated game today is going to be FaZe vs G2, both teams won their first 3 matches and they will settle who is going to be first in group B. FaZe is so strong this year that I should bet on them for tonight, but G2 didn't lose a single map so far. FaZe lost 1 map against MiBR and Outsiders whereas G2 2-0 all  their matches. I will go a bit risky today and bet on G2 for tonight with 2.4 it's also a nice payoff if they manage to win. For tomorrow I will only bet on the FaZe vs BIG game, should be a sure win for FaZe.

Aleksib is a good igl, really. He has a decent aim plus with his big brain, can easily tilt a game or outsmart even top-tier pro players. Not too hard for him to search and join any tier-1 CS pro right now. Tho I don't know, plopski is a good player too. Seems a bit of waste for plopski to be benched like that. NIP is now having device (main awp, take a break from 2022 competition) and plopski (igl) benched. Early Oct for IEM Rio starts to see NIP play with Aleksib as igl.
Aleksi is indeed a good player, i'm just surprised with NiP's roster move since they still have device and a few months back we saw NiP performing well before going through an unexpected slump. Afaik hampus was NiP's current igl but with Aleksi now coming in he'll probably take over so it'll be interesting to see them perform next month.

League is back once more and this will probably be the last week of League for now since there's only a few regions left that haven't finished the playoffs and Worlds is only a few weeks away. That said, i'm betting on Fnatic @1.48 as they've been on a solid lower bracket run and I don't think their momentum would be stopped by Rogue and IMO Rogue is in a similar level as Mad Lions.

I'll bet all the big favorite teams tomorrow for a multi as I think they do have the advantage.   But also 3 maps for G2 and Outsiders is reasonable as well.   BIG appear too much for FTW, not enough reason to think they will falter on any map despite the BIG Tongue losses recently it was to bigger teams.
I got to mention the bonkers odds for an upset, predict FTW to win 2-1 and I see odds set at 19:1 someone should bet that; I already put mine in but anything can happen Smiley

Even though Outsiders picked a great map for themselves they still lost on Dust2 by even a horrible score like 16-5. But they defeated FaZe on Ancient by the exact same score. Now on Inferno it is really difficult to predict the result for now because it is going on competitively. This is a map that both teams are playing strongly. However FaZe should be able to use their strength against them here. I remember how dominant they were against even NaVi on the same map before. Maybe it can be by a close score but FaZe should be able to win 2-1 at the end.

Both teams losing on the maps they pick, and not just losing but horribly as well. Score for both maps is 16-5.

Faze dominated Inferno against Outsiders. And to put salt to the wound, they called a time when they are already in match point 15-6. But Outsiders put a scare to Faze after the pause because they scored 5 straight rounds on Faze. Faze must have been frustrated to not able to close the match but eventually they got the match point 16-11. Outsiders put out a good show trying to pull an overtime but Faze was just too good for them. Faze remains unbeaten in group B.

Tomorrow Faze will face G2, the only unbeaten team aside from them. This will be a good match but I think this will be another Faze win. G2 is good but sometimes they perform shakily and unable to close some rounds even when ahead early. Faze will overwhelm them if they could not put a strong performance tomorrow.

I'm interested in RNG vs Aster.Aries. Leaning towards RNG but they choke a lot and has been wildly inconsistent for months now.

Well they are still one of the favourites in China region to qualify though alongside Xtreme Gaming. Obviously taking them to win with handicap but the odds for Aster.Aries to take a single map from RNG is 2.25 though so thats also a good bet if you think that they are going to choke but its TI qualifiers though so they are probably not going to make any silly mistake or something

While on the NA, Team Felt was already out and they were the team that has to continue playing with just 4 members as one of them got disconnected.
Too make things even worse for them, they were firmly in the lead without about 13k gold lead and cruising towards victory. And of course I had Felt +1.5 @2.8 on my ticket so I felt the injustice of disconnect more personally this time. Same thing happened yesterday as well, we shall see whose turn to lose by technical error comes tomorrow.

Unlike BIG, Outsiders started to play really positive recently. After getting two wins in a row in the group matches their self-confidence has increased quite much. This is helping them a lot to make big difficulties for FaZe right now. Even if they lose this matchup it is a good sign for them about their future. It is like a proof that they can beat even the best teams in the world unless they lose their focus.

Surprising to see a team like EHome getting knocked out of the TI qualifiers (China) so early. They were one of the most consistent teams during the DPC but got absolutely trashed by ShenZhen 2-0 to end their dream of making it to the TI. Shenzhen will face IG in the next knockout round.
My friend hit this game and won with his bet against Ehome. The odds were good and high and I'm amazed at how he's too confident in this match. I don't know for sure if there's an insider or what since it's from China. Later on, I asked him and just plainly said that this is pure speculation and a YOLO bet for him. His $120 bet won around $420 more or so. While on the NA, Team Felt was already out and they were the team that has to continue playing with just 4 members as one of them got disconnected.

EHOME only has 51 DPC points in this season. They are a team that has long lost its stability and its strength in the Dota 2 scene ever since xiao8 departed for LGD. 2011-2015 EHOME is one of the best teams in the world, but after that, this team has since fallen into obscurity. ShenZhen has some good talents in the team, and has the better form and understanding of the current meta. EHOME still knows how to pick heroes and how to counter them, but they lack that oomph in execution which SZ has.

I'm interested in RNG vs Aster.Aries. Leaning towards RNG but they choke a lot and has been wildly inconsistent for months now.

FTW team didn't have much of a chance in this group anyway. G2 thus got their 3rd win in the group. Faze also took a 1-0 lead against their tough opponent outsiders. They will probably manage to win. The match I am most curious about in the group will of course be the g2-faze fight. In the struggle of two strong teams, faze seems to be 1 step ahead, but g2 has the power to make a surprise.

I say don't bet 2-0 on the G2 vs BIG since BIG is still a bit unpredictable. A bet 2-0 on Outsiders vs FTW match seems the safest here, in my opinion.

I didn't bet on 2-0 G2 win but it happened again. However this time there was a more durable team against G2. Both maps ended after one OT. Maybe this is a sign for a recovery but we will see what they will do against MIBR today. I won't bet on BIG in the circumstances but I think they can finally get a win even if they have some difficulty.

Yeah, 2-0 but it was really shabby wins on 2 maps since both have to come to OT to set it finally. As I said, BIG is indeed unpredictable and shouldn't count on it. Talk about BIG, they are now 1-1 with MIBR, and map 3 is ongoing.
It was an easy win for G2 on both maps against FTW. They are the temporary leader of the group at the moment. Depending on the result of FaZe - Outsiders match this can change of course.

FaZe are highly favourite side to win this match absolutely. Outsiders have shown a good level of performance so far. They beat BIG and FTW both with a 2-0 score. However none of these can be seen as a big challenge for Outsiders. FaZe are the number one team in the ranking now. They are even the biggest challenge for Outsiders so we will see what they'll be able to do. MIBR won a map against FaZe so Outsiders can do the same too. But FaZe can still win this. Outsiders are really disadvantageous against them if we compare their win rates on all maps. FaZe would ban Dust2 (83% WR) and Inferno (70% WR) quickly and capture a big advantage already.
Faze vs Outsiders will be the most anticipant match to see for tonight. Although yeah, Faze is strong and #1 HLTV but since they're the #1, their strats are heavily studied and analyzed by the other teams. Outsiders as ex-Virtus.pro lineup around Jame & co. They had the best win rate on the Overpass map. Most of the time, other teams did ban Overpass beforehand hence the low amount of time Outsiders/Virtus.pro played on Overpass. Typical Inferno is the 'commonplace' as most teams are confident on this map so it is picked or left over in the ban/pick.

Faze want to ban Vertigo and Overpass/Dust2 while it was Nuke and Mirage/Ancient for Outsiders. Inferno, Overpass/Dust2 and Mirage/Ancient as left over, not so sure.

That's okay. Only a few have expected that Outsiders won't be winning the grand finals but it seems that they are the ones who are correct with that prediction.

On the side of BetBoom, I only know three of them, daxak, sonneiko and rodjer. Rodjer was a former teammate of ramzes that they've just beaten and as well as with Na'Vi's No one and Solo.

China's region is also on the go right now and already have finished a lot of games. While for the North American region, within a few hours, the matches are going to start.

For sure the feeling of the outsiders now is might not good because of the decision making of the valve to make a swap of teams direct invite in the Ti champions but now for sure most of the teams fighting to the bracket of their region for the slot of the wild card to get a chance to be known and part of the Ti finalists.
That's been so long and they went through the qualifiers but ended up not with the guaranteed slot yet with the last chance. Any team would feel bad with that if they're so that close to the guaranteed spot.

China's region is also on the go right now
Speaking of the TI qualifiers, SA qualifiers ended up with Hokori winning it. Unfamiliar name and yeah this team was relegated on the last DPC and going to play on the 2nd division but somehow they won 3-0 against the favourites of the region. These qualifiers kept on giving insane end results though
I'm not also familiar with Hokori but that's good to see that there's an unknown team getting that sure slot for the TI. For NA, the qualifiers is also moving and there are games right now.

For BIG, I would surely bet against them, though I'd also consider that they are still a good team that has just lost form. Perhaps a +1.5 would be good, but even that is still risky as they get 2-0'd for a lot of times in their previous games.

They performed very well against G2 last night forcing overtime on each map. They lost but I think they are in a good form against a stronger team. They are against MIBR today, which I think they will be able to beat. They have not found their footing yet but I guess they will be able to do it at this game.

China's region is also on the go right now

China region is just silly though. I got 2.6 odds on Xtreme gaming -1.5 against IG despite that IG has been struggling for a while on the 2nd division

Well they are still IG with complete roster. Anything can happened on the qualifiers and your bet is -1.5 which is still a gamble for this Chinese teams. IG can still get back to there with the right patch learning like what they did before since there roster didn’t change.

SA is always like this which giving an unpredictable result for tournament like this. Infamous is always being knock out early on there previous TI participation. Maybe this new team might give a good run for there region instead of them.

Right now G2 are playing against FTW. After the bans I was expecting FTW to pick Vertigo but interestingly they chose Inferno on which they have zero win so far. G2 are leading the map 12-5 at the moment as a result. The second map is Ancient and G2 are too dominant there. They have won all of their matches there so far. It looks like it will be a comfortable 2-0 win for G2. But even this score wasn't worth betting on indeed.

It is not good to bet at this time, the odds for G2 and Faze is just too low. I tried to parlay them but ended with just 1.48 odds. Not a good odd for me. I will skip this one and try when matches are not too one-sided. Maybe tomorrow when Faze matches against Outsiders, it might have better odds. But for now, I will just watch how the teams are performing in their matches and on which maps they are weak/strong.

I have checked out the odds for the matches today.

Let's say I preferred 2-0 G2 win @1.13, BIG win @1.38 and FaZe win @1.40 the total odd becomes 2.18. However I see quite big risks in such a parlay. For example I don't know if it's worth taking a risk for the G2 match for only 1.13 odd. Maybe they will lose one map surprisingly and everything will end quickly. The BIG option is also a little risky in fact. Because BIG are still in a terrible form. They are a much more qualified team than MIBR of course. MIBR newly played against top tier teams and lost both matches. However they won a map against FaZe and maybe they might be able to do even better against BIG. The only very reliable option seems to be FaZe in this.

BIG's form in the last nine matches is really horrible that's why I don't trust them fully even against MIBR:

I wouldn't risk it in a parlay, especially with a G2 @ 1.13 because that is just too low of a value and as you said it, might even be the leg that loses on your slip. Would be better to just go for a single bet on each event. This spreads out the risk and you still have a possibility to come out even if some of the bets were lost.

For BIG, I would surely bet against them, though I'd also consider that they are still a good team that has just lost form. Perhaps a +1.5 would be good, but even that is still risky as they get 2-0'd for a lot of times in their previous games.
