calendar in the OP has been updated! thanks for reminding me, @arallmuus  Wink

looking forward to Arlington major. Heh, I just saw that RNG will have ana as stand-in, talk about strange crossovers in dota. Ame has a score to settle with ana 👀 TI18

Actually, I didn't expect that this kind of announcement is real I just see this lurking around in the different pages because we know Ana is just waiting for the OG again and many people ask why Ana makes a standin in the RNG well we know he take some pub games most of the time I saw Topson having a Rivalry in Mid with Ana at the same time still he knows how to play as a 2x TI Champion I guess for sure most of us here waiting for the comeback of the HumbleGod.

One more day before PGL Arlington Major starts. I feel bad for Fnatic. They are yet to officially announce their needed 3-player stand-ins.

Another thing. I was surprised to see a new name representing North America. Did Quincy Crew disband or did they just rename it into Soniqs since all players are the same? I already forgot Valve's ruling on players leaving for another team. There are a lot of stand-ins in this last major and I can't wait to see how it works.

Soniq is an organization which Quincy Crew sign in. They are technically still Quincy Crew but they just joined an organization to absorb there team for bigger support financially to these team.

I’m not updated anymore on Fnatic updated roster because they will surely can’t build a strong team with such short notice. This is so painful for them because they will miss the opportunity to have a good shot for the DPC points.

I read in this article that they have been signed by Soniq Esports and they will represent them in the upcoming Arlington Major.

It was actually a straight map for them. Looks like an easy three wins for them and secured a slot to the ESL One Malaysia. I've just figured out why LBZS has always picked Zeus and then it's not working on them honestly.

Also, they let Aster picked Puck and they don't have a hero that can catch and disable it easily. They've got Marci for "stun" but that's not really enough to catch this slippery hero, puck.

I just can't think of how they have thought during those picks.

Well as they say on Div 2 Chinese tournaments: skip. These guys that fought Aster are capable of taking them down. They have good rotation and map awareness, and are overall knowledgeable on the game. I just don't know what happened when it comes to picking against Aster. Oh well, at least you didn't bet on LBZS. I was expecting this to happen, and sure enough it did.
Something is fishy, right?

We don't want to judge these matches on China but we're also aware that "something" is common there when it's come to these teams under the lower tier teams.

They really are capable of beating Aster but the picks are funny and mediocre when I've seen it. They seem to be not thinking of their picks and easy to counter what LBZS has done.

The strangest ever, I mean Ana is pretty well known for his inability to communicate with the teams and let alone he is standing in on a chinese team so its pretty weird. Aside from that we'll have Ceb back on pos5 for OG because of the visa issue as well and that is pretty weird considering that there are tons of other russian for the other teams as well

I don’t think Ana will still on par with Ame considering how many years he went offline on competitive Dota while Ame continuously playing and dominate Chinese region on all the time Ana is on break. Ana needs a lot of practice and motivation just get back his TI form to defeat Ame. This will not gonna happened on a stand-in team but maybe next year if Ana decided to go full time again and settle on team with good team mates.

Team Aster already won the 1st map and I think they started 2nd map perfectly and it should be a 2-0 in this B05 finals. The odds are 1.1 in this right moment for Aster so I don't think there is any chance of comeback and even if a comeback happens , it won't last long as Aster simply has skilled players with Monet leading the pack.  Grin

Pretty much very busy and not making any bets with the July 30 and 31 games and pretty much I was shocked about the result on the T1 VS Gen.G game I'd never imagine that T1 would lose to Gen.G but still Gen.G is a formidable opponent, so it is still not a surprise,

But here are my picks for the upcoming League of Legends Champions Korea 2022 on August 3

Sandbox Gaming VS Damwon Gaming

Stake odds for this game are 2.47 for SANDBOX, while 1.50 for Damwon, right now Sandbox Gaming has 9 wins and 5 losses, while Damwon Gaming has 9 wins and 6 losses, and on June 19 Damwon won against SANDBOX, 2 - 0 and I think that Damwon Gaming can win again with the same score, so I will bet Correct Score in Map 0 - 2 with 2.50 odds Damwon will win,

Freecs VS Gen.g Esports

Stake odds for this game are 7.60 for Freecs while 1.07 for Gen.G right now Freecs have 5 wins and 8 losses, while Gen.G Esports has 13 wins and 1 loss, and on July 2, GEN.G won against Freecs with a 2 - 0 score, and right now Gen.G Esports recently win against T1 2 times, which I think make them leading this tournament, so, for now, I think it is not profitable to bet for this game for now because of so much bet for GEN.G, but my pick will be GEN.G,

did you watch their game today? a clean 2-0  Grin  man, Nongshim are shite
I did watch but I didn't saw that sweep coming I thought Fredit Brion would take one map at the very least given their recent performance. One day Nongshim showed some signs of life then the next day they get smashed by Fredit Brion.

On the other hand, it was refreshing to see Fredit Brion get their second win as they're slowly improving even though they don't have anything to play for at this point.

What are the esports that are discussed this time?. Are there any discussiond about Dota 2 or other egames that are popular by many people. I was planning to go to a sportsbook that I can bet on popular esports.
You can just look with our discussions and you'll see Dota 2 and csgo topics on this thread.

I can't guess what esports are discussed based on the latest reply since I am not familiar with the said player.
You don't have to guess, you can easily figure out what esports player has been mentioned by just looking it out on google. There are wikipedias for esports where you can find  them easily.

Like: liquipedia.

It contains almost all esports wikipedias that has information for players, teams, tournaments and other information.

G2 to sign HooXi on a pemanent basis report. I think the top five were completed together with hooxi after Jks transfer. I don't know what the real problem is in G2, but as you said, they spent all their talents and I can say that most of the money was blocked in this team. It seems to me that gamers often have problems with Niko. Stewie continues with twitch streams, less stress I guess better for him.

HooXi is a benched player at Copenhagen Flames now and I've also heard about this news. Frankly, his general performance hasn't been very impressive in the recent times. Therefore I have doubts about if he is the right choice for a much bigger team like G2. Because G2's main concern is to rise from their bad condition finally. They can do this by only transferring impressive and useful players in this game. I hope that I'm just prejudiced about these transfers now and they can surprise me. They really need a push in the closest big tournament to make a comeback.

Congratulations to Team Solo Mid for qualifying to the ESL One Malaysia after beating Quincy Crew 3-2 in the finals of the Qualifiers. A lot of the games were 1 sided in favor of one or the other. It felt like both teams are almost equally skilled but the drafts decided how the games went.

taking the handicap for DWG is asking for troubles, learned that lesson the hard way a few weeks ago (btw, they just lot 0-2 to KT lol).
However I did take KDF to win live and that was a match really close match, that second game was the definition of 'how to throw a completely winnable game', thanks BRO!
DWG deserved that loss for pushing the same draft twice in a row while KT held long enough until their comp goes online.

That second map between KDF was unbelievable, I thought it's going to be a clean 2-0 for BRO since they're up so much but their carry was careless and got picked off at the start of the fights.

It totally varies depending on which tournament/qualifiers that is currently ongoing and the interest varies of people in this thread as well so there are lots of different discussion. Most of the time, its either Dota or CSGO though because those two has the most ongoing tournaments right now but yeah if you check the OP for the schedule then you would know
