Also similar odds is a bet on 3 maps for both games of Big vs c9 and Astralis vs Faze somehow that also is rated unlikely but still seems close to possible to me
Astralis are playing good cs lately, and it seems like FaZe finally found their mojo and are back on the winning track. I think Astralis can win a map today and take this series to the decider. Cloud9 though are smurfing right now, -1.5 handicap at these odds is good value imo (but knowing my luck with BIG in my betslips, they'll prolly win 2-0  Grin )

also, blameF has been popping off lately, over 18.5 kills x1.8 odds sounds like free money but i'd wait for map picks

I expect more team secret now on there DPC tournament journey. Only OG beat them so far and I’m looking forward to there match against Tundra.

Team Secret already lost to Tundra 1-2. Tundra was just too strong for this Team Secret version (playing without Yapzhor). Though Team Secret managed to steal game 2, they were not allowed anymore by Tundra to another long game in game 3. Team Secret also lost to red-hot Entity 1-2. They only have 2 remaining matches against Gaimin Gladiators and goonsquad. It is near to impossible now for Team Secret to qualify in this year's last major. And this might cost them TI for the first time in many years. Unless their region's top teams will have a strong finish in Arlington Majors and gain automatic invitations.

Few games today that deserve to place bets on them so I might skip this next few days and take a break from Dota 2 games. Besides Entity - Tundra, that could end with a quick 2-0 from Tundra , there are no other hyped up games as we had yesterday a lot of big games and I was right when I said that Secret might take 2-0 on Liquid but naive me took Liquid on 2nd map to win and wasted all my winning from Dota 2 games in the last days Sad(.

Team Secret did well against Team Liquid.

Winning with two consecutive games have removed them from the lowest 2 and that's going to make those teams there to be part of a degrade to division 2.

I like their first game and it was an easy one whilst the 2nd game, Liquid got the advantage at the early game but still Team Secret won't, thanks to Nisha's puck.

This is what I’m expecting on the new team secret since they already have a reliable carry that think out of the box. Crystallis is so strong and consistent as pos 1 while Nisha is already backed on his original mid lane position that he is very strong. Many questioned this deal before but I was a fan of Cristallis since he was on creepwave and entity because this guy is a hybrid consistent carry that can perform well even though his teammates is losing in there lanes. I expect more team secret now on there DPC tournament journey. Only OG beat them so far and I’m looking forward to there match against Tundra.

With the game one it is already in favor with the game of Team secret because they have the brittleback middle at the same time they make a pic of Timber plus viper this is super annoying and the team liquid cant do anything with it imagine if they lock up with the clockwork and the sustain with the IO i guess in the second game team liquid have a higher chance to win because they have the troll but the late game goes on and the TA cant do anything against the clash with the Puck of nisha well deserve that the Team secret win this series.

Super simple but advance bet for favorites at IEM next Tues, comes to about 5x and since its all 1 map games I think thats quite risky.  But might work, the ranks arent really even but 1 map can be russian roulette.

I missed the 1st map between Astralis and forZe as well, but I'm in on the second one, and it's been a great start for forZe with a 8-0 lead, they shouldn't be throwing this away.

Its either that Astralis was so much better or they threw that round away lol. It was 11-1 at some point and somehow it became 15-15 then it goes to overtime which ended with 19-22. They must have feel bad for themselves lol with huge lead of 11-1 but they lost the round.

Oh well both game ended with only 2 maps for today, kinda expecting both games to be 3 maps for today for the sake of entertainment

It's been a really unpredictable tournament, the knockouts look it was supposed to be a one sided events, but the underdogs were highly competitive and some even went through to the next round, now the quarter final is feeling less competitive, but hopefully the semi-finals will provide better sense of excitements, because today wasn't it.

Speaking of the semi-finals I don't have any teams in mind to root for, it's going to be a 50/50 chance for me, betting on the Map Overs might just be a waste of money too, since it's kinda more of going to be a coinflip.

Faze with a flawless victory against ENCE to secure a spot in the semi final, If there was any game I would have expected at least a somewhat even game, it definitely would have been this, but it went just one sided, ENCE having 12 points at the highest of the 2 maps. I didn't watch the game, but I really can't imagine how it was able to go once sided.

Hurrah for Karamazov!
heh, I'm watching roobet cup rn, BIG went from a 12-3 comfortable lead in the first half map2 to an absolute shitshow in the 2nd half and we're now in OT  Roll Eyes i knew this was a coin flip lol

-dexter soon
Frozen, bymas and torzsi are a solid trio. They should poach the IGL from mouz NXT already.
-JDC, +f0rest or +shox, -Dexter, +Snax. There, a tier 1 roster ready to win the next major  Grin
idk about shox in another intl' roster. He will definitely perform in a french roster but not sure about international. Poor guy had to leave his home & family, just to get benched in NA.
French scene looks very promising right now. Maybe we can make a gambit like team(4 french youngsters+1 old dog=shox). Gambit formulae definitely works(heroic is another proof).

forest and snax are solid, but no team will buy two old players at once. They are a kind of bad investment. Hard to flip later on.

Anyways, Dexter has to go or mouz got no chance.

One of the most exciting match is between the Boom E-sports and Nigma Galaxy Sea at the first game Boom already makes a good head start but the problem is they make too much greedy for chasing and after that, they lose two team fights they still want to urge to try again with the high ground that causes to lose more clash and that's the reason why the NGXSea wins the game 1, the same happens with the game two but this time the Nigma are the one who are chasing the Boom they have the higher advantage and gold lead but still because of too much chase, with the game three they both uses the late game cores which is for the Boom they use the TB for trying to secured the game, but the problem is the Nigma pick for two late-game heroes which is Morp and Tiny that can't do anything to hold with the early snowball of Boom

this has Over 2.5 written all over it, but i don't trust Astralis with BaitF and washed up Xyp, so i'll take that Over maps line to ENCE - FaZe, somehow i see some value on Ence to win 2.3x, Faze have been a awful after the Major
I also thought it'll be a 2-0 win for BIG as they're up by 15-12 at some point then EF somehow got the last three to force the OT.

I agree, Astralis is slowly falling off in terms of performance and it won't be surprising if forZe manages to win 2-0. Faze still continues to underperform but the over 2.5 looks solid here based on their recent results.

Also, we got some spicy dota later today and i'm liking the over 2.5 on Liquid vs Team Secret, Team Liquid should win but they lost in their last meeting so I think it'll end in 2-1 but with them coming out on top this time.  Cheesy

i'll stay away from BIG - Eternal Fire, 50/50 game imo, would rather go with over maps in the next series, let' see if 9z can go the distance against Cloud9

I couldn't agree more after seeing what Eternal Fire just did in the second map against Big, Big were at some point up by a 12-1 margin then Eternal Fire complete a comeback in OT, they could really go two in row now just like they did against Mouz over turning the 1 Map deficit, Map 3 is Nuke so it's fingers crossed.

forZe as an underdog against Astralis seem surprising though, their matchup to me looks close to a 50-50 after what they've shown during the groups.

We have seen a great series between Eternal Fire and MOUZ today. My expectations from Eternal Fire increased a lot after seeing their performance against Imperial. MOUZ were also a tough opponent for them like Imperial. The first game of the series was really disappointing for Eternal Fire. They were destroyed by MOUZ, 16-2. But Eternal Fire made a wonderful comeback later. First the win on Mirage by 16-12 and after that another win on Inferno by 16-13. However I still didn't like their performance fully. Because they made really simple mistakes like they did the same against Imperial too. Their next opponent in the quarter finals is BIG and it is a much tougher opponent. Eternal Fire had better be prepared well otherwise the result can be really heavy for them.

I watched the group matches of EF. As a team, they are much better than before, they play more coordinated. The IGL change was positive in my opinion. Imorr should get used to it a little more. Despite this, he made good KD's in the group matches. Now to speak for their quarterfinal opponent, BIG, I think BIG should prepare well for this match, it is not a difficult opponent for EF. Since Xantares has played in BIG before, he knows the game styles of the players very well, and I think that's an advantage. We beat Imperial,MOUZ and also almost beat ENCE. BIG is not much of a problem in my opinion.

generous odds for the world champions.
BLG put up a fierce fight but it wasn't enough, but still, they manage to give EDG a run for their money, i think there's potential in this BLG roster
Yup, there's definitely potential for them to be one of the top teams in the region as they look solid on paper but still lack that coordination as they've swapped their mid players recently between Fofo and Icon.

Also, interesting upsets coming from Eternal Fire and 9z, forZe as an underdog against Astralis seem surprising though, their matchup to me looks close to a 50-50 after what they've shown during the groups.

bros, I hope you all are as shocked as I am.

This was the woooooorse day for CS:GO betting. Furia losing to 9z? Again? And they literally threw the second map for nothing. I guess nobody cares about online tourneys.

I'm still pretty much locked in on the Roobet Cup, There are a couple of decider matches today; I've got the favorites to win on parlay and also a 2:1 win for all favorites as well, I'm not expecting much of any upset today, but we'll see what theatrics these dudes behind their keyboards got for us today  Grin

Sucks bro, but you are still ahead on the roobet promo :p Maybe that will compensate this loss/

Heh, FURIA found their kryptonite, and Mouz losing to the turkish super team, i kinda derserve it for expecting the likes of Dexter and JDC to play good CS (never happened  Tongue )

anyway, let's hope the playoffs treat us better

all I need now is for FURIA and Mouz to both win the 3rd map, that shouldn't be too much to ask, I hope.

Guess its too much after all. Kinda understand the situation with Mouz losing to Eternal Fire but honestly with 9z advancing to the playoff despite being one of the underdog is pretty much unexpected.

I normally dont understand a thing about CSGO but I did my fair share of research on this tournament for the sake of participating in Roobet's prediction thread so as expected from this, no one picked 9z to get to top 8 so yeah its just crazy at this point

What a turnout that happened to be, Mouz won the first map 16-2 and I felt Eternal Fire were only luck to win the 2nd map, but then they secured the 3rd map as well, and Furia blowing what was 10-4 lead at some point to lose in OT, mehn! I would have said match fixing couldn't have been more obvious, but I'll only be a sore loser at such... so, it is what it is, I'd say!
