Incredible article just posted on Betcoin about Black Jack, it's history and betting strategies.

Martin Gale Bitcoin Blackjack Strategy
One of the most popular winning bitcoin blackjack strategies was developed by a mathematician Martin Gale.

(Strategy is actually called martingale and has nothing to do with anyone named Martin or Gale...)

The publicly proven Duckdice scam claims the same nonsense in their FAQ section:

How does Automatic Betting work?

Automatic Betting allows you to use a betting strategy to reduce the risk of loss.

The most familiar betting strategy is Martingale.

A martingale strategy can work if you are able to double your bet 50 times in a row, but this is pretty sure not possible at betcoin blackjack!

The target group for both betcoin and duckdice is within the IQ range 30-50, otherwise I have no explanation why anyone is playing there.  Roll Eyes

I doubt they could have any more contempt for their customers.

Yeah, they banned me (for 14th time) after pointing out Martin Gale didn't exist in the comments.

Didn't bother fixing the article though...

Looks like Betcoins Forum Ban has ended, and their Sportsbook seems to be down for a few days now.

Also this was posted in their Sig Spammers Thread

We were able to gain access to Betcoin.ag's servers on 9/21/17, and what we were able to dump was beyond our expectations.

We were testing their security, and were able to obtain a list of every username and plaintext password for every account on their site.  Further, we were able to bypass their "whitelisted IP" info, and able to log into the accounts.

Some of these accounts hold large sums of bitcoin.  We play on this site, and find it insane that our passwords are all in plaintext on their server side.  A bitcoin gambling site should know better.

We have contacted betcoin with no response.  If they do not reply to us by 9/23/17, we will be posting this in other forums, and making all their players aware that they have been breached.  Further, we will be placing the entire dumped list up for sale.

Betcoin, you have our email.  I would highly recommend replying.

Could be totally false, but I wouldn't be surprised if something like this were possible considering their history with security.

That message was posted (multiple times) on every single poker message board this past week.  I'm pretty sure it's an extortion attempt, although obviously we all know that Betcoin has multiple security weaknesses along with unscrupulous workers, so nobody should trust them with anything.
this is interesting if they are really breached , betcoin choose to keep silent rather than make an announcement. the list up for sale now by the way. nothing is safe . even they have an ip blacklist protection , if the registered account has same password with the email then it could be fully compromised. just waiting for their response.

Hey Twitchy, are you back now?

What else have I missed?
Maybe this?

Scam alert! Betcoinrakeback.com stole players money

Betcoin.ag scams $10's of thousands in rakeback

Edit: Was just going through some of Betcoins posts, found some more evidence supporting my theory that they are run by Betsoft ( scammers ).
1) Betcoin not kicking Betsoft after they did not pay the crystal clear won 500 Bitcoins jackpot is very suspicious!

2) Some of the gaming software providers they use require a license and as betcoin.ag has none they will use Betsoft's gaming license

I see Betcoin seems to think everyone has forgotten about how messed up their Betsoft Progressives are, they posted this today:

Quote from: Betcoin.ag

Then we post the memory: Betcoin.ag extort 500 Bitcoins Jackpot winner for “settlement”

If you consider that 450 Bitcoins are currently almost $2,2 million and 950 Bitcoins $4,4 million and jasonort can still sue the debtor, wow just wow!

Xiao is 5 weeks behind on paying rakeback, and is once again locking his thread to keep people from complaining publicly.

I see he hasn't logged into his account in a week now either.  Lay down with snakes, you're gonna get bit kids.

Affiliate and partner in crime Xiaoxiao defrauded betcoin.ag scam customers!

Hello everyone, it's time for me to come out with the truth about the recent "delayed" rakeback situation.  This is not easy to do, especially since some of you guys viewed me as a helping hand to resolve issues or expedite support tickets and be an advocate for the players.

The truth is that I have personally mismanaged players' rakeback funds because I have gambled most of it away; I have a gambling problem.  I'm sure Betcoin can attest to this by simply looking at my past gambling records on the site, and most of the cashouts I made were to a few other bitcoin gambling sites which I lost.  The reason I made up the excuse of "delayed rakeback stats" was to buy time so I can get loans or use continued incoming affiliate funds to try to make back what I needed to cover.

In the past you may have noticed there's been similar "delays," though not as prolonged as this one.  Many of which (if not all) were because of my gambling habits in which I lost the funds which I should have set aside to pay out players at the end of the week.  However, I was always able to some how come up with it either taking out loans with every credit line that I have, or somehow winning it back via gambling, which is why this program has been afloat for so long amidst my gambling issues.

I hope you all could see that this delay of player rakeback was not the result of any malicious intent.  I've always tried to help the players under this program to the best of my abilities, a lot of time intervening with support and helping expedite issues they may be having with the ever enhancing Betcoin platform, or sending early rakeback when players needed it.

Currently I am working with Betcoin and a few possible investors to figure out a way to appease all those that haven't received their due rakeback from this program in the past few months.  I have exact records of who is owed what amount.

I apologize and feel incredibly bad for all those that were eagerly awaiting their rakeback, because I've been there before myself.  In no way shape or form have I ever intended to "scam" anyone.  As you know, I started this program back in 2014, and I always did my best to do whatever I can to make sure my players' get their due rakeback.  However this time around I ran out of credit lines and my luck also ran out so I told a bigger lie to buy myself time to figure out a way to come up with player funds.

Been away for a while - can't say I'm all that surprised to find out Xiao stole a bunch of money and then disappeared, or that Betcoin responded by screwing them even more.

They are still snap deleting most criticism/complaints from their thread.

What else have I missed?

Props to mods for finally putting their foot down when it comes to spamming same crap over and over in their self modded thread.

Hello, everyone and thank you for being a member of our campaign.  WE updated the casino recently to add several new providers including Ezugi, GameArt and Endorphina which has been great for our players but in order to receive a casino bonus all players must play a Betsoft game in order to be properly registered.  You can login and do that here:

https://www.betcoin.ag/casino/slots?provider=betsoft

Once complete, please create a ticket and we can get you taken care of.  Thank you!

It was only a question of time until this fraud scheme will fail!

When the traffic decreases with 70 signature promoters here on BitcoinTalk, then you can be rest assured what will happen sooner or later.

The collected but not paid 500 Bitcoins jackpot is probably spent now and they have cash flow issue.

Seriously... I joined within the past month and received only a nominal, arbitrary amount in rakeback from XiaXiao. I've rake a lot and am not playing until I get the full amount, otherwise I was lured to the site under false pretenses and I refuse to line the pockets of anyone who does not follow through with their promises in matters such as these.

Has anyone been under payed via the bonus chips released? They seem to be releasing fewer chips than advertised. They say they are released at 15% rake but it is really about 12-13% in practice.

Update please. What were the results of your meeting "later today" (almost 4 days ago as of this post)?

My Betcoin.ag review

Hi Please before deposit on this site read this:

I Have made some profit on betcoin.ag sportbook and casino. Therefore they blocked my possibility to place a single bet on sportbook and my withdrawals was so long, I was required to "beg" them my money back. Fortunately they have paid BUT I dislike this disrespect.

All poker/casino/sportbook sites must make money to live and that's correct but that's unfair to prevent players as soon as they wan ( around 1BTC) so not a fortune.

I have opened an account on 80% bookmakers available in the world except russians and asian's. They can limit you after some weeks if you make profit and that's fair but limit means reasonable stakes. On Betcoin.ag I cannot stake anything (0,00000BTC).

To finish my council if you want to gamble some bitcoins it's to play on nitrogensports.eu because they are awesome even if you win or lose. I have been lucky on Dice, some parlays on sportbook (few times 2/3/4 BTC) and wan on poker too ( I have some skills on gambling or it seems too) and they always paid me in a short time. I never needed to ask them for a payment.
