Selling customer's personal information to companies using that information to send phishing links to them isn't scamming?

There are many different ways to define "scammer"

Betcoin fits some of them, but not all.

hmm, just spent the last little bit scamming.. excuse me skimming this thread. I don't think betcoin are scammers, I think they dont really think too much about there promos or promises too much before rolling it out so to say. Could have 2 years of this behavior put them in a bad position far as liquidity, that's possible, if not likely. It's hard to take any site seriously that wont engage with their client base in an open way. What good is a QA session if any uncomfortable question can just be removed from the equation. I cant rightly say they are scamming, I can say that they are exhibiting a behavior that at the very least could be designated as scummy.

For the record I have not been 'stalking' you or 'checking into your posting activity', mate. How much you have posted was pointed out by another forum member, not myself. You could see who it was on your own. What caught my attention is how many posts you have posted in such a short amount of time that is regarded as a bannable offense in a lot of signature campaigns and forum rules in general. That's all.

And by the way I was in the Betcoin signature campaign along with you and I haven't ever said a bad word about them either with or without the signature and you can feel free to check my previous posts. I am not a part of the circle jerk in this thread if this is what you are insinuating.

You not spamming your affiliate portal would help, in my opinion.  You not trying to jump in with incorrect info (post #23) in order to spam your sigspam would help, in my opinion.  These are the things that got you kicked off of 2p2, in my opinion. 

My goal is to hold Betcoin accountable for what they have done with the ultimate goal of having them NOT exit scam as Full Flush, Lock, AB, UB, FTP, JetSet, PokerSpot, and many many others have done.  And, of course, if they do, to prevent the most people from losing money as humanly possible.

What would help in your opinion, what is your goal?

I assume this is GamesProtects way of pointing out Xiao is a liar. 

To be clear, there's 0 chance Xiao's players pay a combined 75 btc in rake per month.

On average, they deal less than 200k hands a week.  Including all tournament, freerolls included and cash and unless somethings changed recently it's mostly micro stakes.  That's nothing.

He also claimed in the same post that the same players who were generating over 75 btc a month in rake generated less than 1 btc in casino, sports or dice revenue.

He was just trying to play the roll of a poker savior that gives everything he makes back to the players out of the goodness of his heart.

If Betcoin regulars weren't getting close to 100% rakeback, there wouldn't be any games. 

I don't think it does anygood calling Betcoin a "scam", because there are reasonable arguments to be made that they are not.  I'm also don't think that they plan to run away with everyones money any time soon.

I think whoever funds them hired a couple incompetent, under-qualified scumbags to manage the site.  The owner is either not paying attention, doesn't care, or is dumb enough to be fooled by his employees into not realizing that Betcoin Andrew and Jessica are the reason they haven't increased their player base in two years+

Players get fucked out of money left and right, not bc Betcoin intended to, just because of their incompetence.

The players who don't complain (often because they don't even realize it) or don't complain enough, don't get compensated - despite Betcoin being fully aware that they are owed money.

Those who do complain, always get compensated.  And then some. 

All their energy and resources goes into trying to cover up all their fuckups and then cover up their coverups.

I think you should ask Betcoin about their recent addition of new Betsoft games with new progressive jackpots.

Here are some things they said last summer, could you please remind them of this and see what happened?  If Betsoft didn't make any statement or conduct any third party audit, then why would they continue doing business with them?  Especially when there are so many other options?

And, when I said "collusion group," you know I meant the team you guys recruited to bash on Betcoin.ag to scalp traffic to rival sites which, I might add, aren't nearly as successful as Betcoin.ag.  It's this group of scammy people you've recruited to splatter all the Betcoin.ag supporters profiles with red and it's all the alternate accounts that are associated with them!  And, it's all these scammy organisations you support who are trying to rip people off with their crooked affiliate programs, like game-protect and casinolisting.  That's just scammy as hell.

1.  There's nothing "counterfeit" about it.  This thread was only made in response to Betcoin closing their open thread and opening a "self-moderated" thread.  Do you disagree with that?  If Betcoin had never chosen to stop allowing open discussion, this thread wouldn't be necessary.  Seriously, go through this thread and see all of the posts that Betcoin has censored already, it's shocking and sad.  Nobody who is thinking clearly can defend them.  Nobody.  It is not worth the pennies they are paying you.

2.  While posters like myself can not predict who will post in this thread, or what they will say, I implore you to point out the false information/lies.  If this is "full" of both of those, you should be able to easily point out a dozen examples.  Please do that and defend your position.  If you can't, you are just proving that you are an ad hominem liar.  And that again begs the question...why would you come in here and throw around false flag lies?  What benefit does that provide to you?  Unless...

Xiaoxiao itself stated that his poker players paid 75 BTC rake in August, while the casino revenue was around 3 BTC. The 3 BTC casino revenue can even not cover the 6 BTC for their signature campaign here.

For the 75 BTC rake collected, they have to pay around 70 - 80% rakeback + 40% commission to Xiaoxiao = 110 - 120% = 7,5 - 15 BTC loss + too good to be true promotions loss + business expenses loss!

So, what are saying?  Are you a new recruit to the Betcoin Fud team?  Do you believe there's something wrong with the quality of my posts? You guys throw unfounded accusations around like you have some level of credibility....No, my account was not bought or sold, and no, I do not have alternate accounts....What about you?  Why are you digging into my activity? For one, this is a counterfeited thread pretending like it's the official Betcoin.ag thread and it is full of false information and lies. It demonstrates a level of deception that is befitting of your collusion group.  And, for two, how is adding an element of truth derailing your counterfeited thread?

58-133% is mathematically in average 95,5%! But it does not play much a role:

Even if most players receive only 70% rakeback in average + the 40% commission they pay to Xiaoxiao, they lose 110% of every $1 rake they collect.

+ the too good to be true promotions

+ the business expenses

And this confirms that they make their money with cheating players, because their business model itself is not sustainable!

I'm 90% sure that Nicesoft is a personal friend posing as just another player or alt account that belongs to Xiaoxiao.  No smoking gun proof, but I'd be surprised if I were wrong (although I wouldn't feel bad considering the shit he's made up about me and pretended like they were fact)


Edit: I wouldn't normally make an accusation like this without evidence to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.  But I'm making an exception here because they have each proven themselves to be total scum and It would just make perfect sense if the nicesoft account were created with the sole purpose of promoting Betcoin and more specifically Xiaoxiao as an affiliate if you look at the post history (including those posts complaining about late rake-back payments - and the swc affiliate link included in sig)
