Yeah for market manipulation ETH is going too deep. And it comes to 260 .I think the lowest point of this year. There is many reason for that. One of the biggest reason is too much ico on eth and many of them fails so its rottened eth's reputation. But many people saying eth was a pupm now it's back to its original price.
