no doubt. XRP cannot replace Bitcoin. i think it is ETH. XRP is a highly concentrated coin. its company occupies most of the coins. ETH has built a vast ecosystem. Many altcoins are built on the ETH platform.

XRP is not a real crypto currency and in my opinion does not belong to be here. This coin does not have a limited supply and it is centralised. On the other hand they are doing a lot of great work to near the mass adoption, but I would prefer ETH without any doubt.

Are you serious? Your suggestions look like a joke, what you write does not give any explanation and obviously you just want XRP dominated the market. But look at the amount of XRP tokens, learn what the coin is used for and then compare it with the BTC again. In my opinion, it is obvious that XRP will never be able to seriously compete with Bitcoin.

Ripple looks like Microsoft Excel in cryptocurrency! Grin
Are you considering these two projects only because of the largest capitalization?

XRP is the fastest crypto, and it's now in accumulation phase, like almost everything in the market. No shade of doubt ETH and XRP are worthwhile cryptos. But XRP is mostly a means of payment, while ETH is a home for smart contracts.

I doubt if XRP can take the place of BTC because many are still skeptical about XRP,i think ETH is a better choice to XRP.

First of all btc is going to remain the most widely used cryptocurrency and even though the circulation amount has actually reduced due to some folks losing their private keys to their wallets. In spite of this all i don't think neither ETH nor XRP can take up the position of bitcoin and the coin which is likely to replace BTC would be Ethereum and not Ripple.

BTC supplies only 21 million, and now there are 3 or 4 million BTC in the system. even though there is a little more BTC, we will also find it difficult to get BTC. then, it will take a long time. 2024 or 2026 are predicted that BTC supplies will run out.

we have to think about the prospect of the crypto world in the future, until today BTC has a function to stabilize the crypto world, but what happened if supplies BTC runs out? is there another crypto that can stabilize and maintain the existence of the crypto market?

I think ETH or XRP will replace BTC. but my prediction XRP will dominate the market more than ETH, I doubt to ETH after the vitalik left from ETH. on the other hand, XRP always develops its platform every time.

how do you think, will the XRP replace BTC and has a very high value of $ 20K like BTC in 2017?

I don't think either ETH or XRP are direct competitors with BTC; they offer different use cases.
I am confident that both ETH and XRP will be big successes in their respective roles, however a $20k price per XRP seems impossible - you have to bear in mind supply as well as coin price, that is why marketcap is the most important measurement.
Perhaps ETH and XRP can overtake BTC in marketcap, but to do so in individual coin price seems a huge stretch for ETH and nearly impossible for XRP.
Every user know that ethereum or XRP is not gonna compete with bitcoin to take its position. Ethereum is the one that has got a potential base which too is serving majority of the cryptocurrency into usage. It has got the scaling issue, but the same will be sought. XRP from my view is good with centralized system and I prefer ethereum over XRP and other altcoins.

I think that the ether will be a less risky investment in the long run.

As for me ethereum is the most popular and promising coin. Because she can really generate income and she has a very good team that works on this quality.
Since users of cryptocurrency are looking for the best coins for investment or the best among competitors. If we consider ethereum and pulsations, the exchange of coins is the best for investment, but it can not be competitors, since they have completely different functions in the cryptocurrency market.

Ethereum has a problem with scaling! And it will sell projects that did fees in it!
I won't say anything about ripple...

I often trade on exchanges and in this respect ETH looks more interesting than XRP, because Ripple is not very volatile than ETH

I don't see any coin representing BTC as we all know Btc is the foundation of cryptocurrency, such project collapsing is what I don't see happening but incase it later happen, I predict it will be ETH and not XRP

In such a comparison, I think you need to make a choice in favor of the ETH project, because there is a very high probability that it will be ETH that will continue to work on developing new projects.

I don't think XRP is a better investment than ETH. Because the cryptocurrency is experiencing a lot of difficulty with misinformation on Twitter with the regulator, USA. Therefore, the founder of this crypto currency has to go to various tricks not to get into the field of view of financial authorities. And it's all very bad for the position of Ripple in the market.

That's is just a mere prediction that  bitcointalk will run out of the market and if this eventually happen is likely for XRP to take over because XRP has a promising future than ETH.

I think I will definitely have ETH, because ETH is also a good coin and is also very popular nowadays, because the price development now also starts to increase in the future.
