Yea the price is at a dump stage to me. Not really worth it to jump in now IMO. I wouldn't touch it above .006 but who knows if it goes that low again.

Maybe moving some % of BTC into ETH is a good diversification strategy, while it's cheap?

.10cent is cheap to me, $3 is way way over the roof

Rode it from .0019 to .007.

Just seems like bagholder territory now.  There is 0.5% of the coin supply for sale on polo.  Imagine the red when a serious block of ETH shows up on an exchange.

Best of luck.

Yep, I'd rather take my profit rather than hoping to get more out of it.

Just waiting for an opportunity to buy again when it will become cheap  after this pumping phase is done.

Well I feel I've entered the FOMO spike at 90, it felt that way really and it got to 95 last night in just 5 minutes too. Today it was just a couple of satoshi close of 0.01. I really think 0.01 is not the end of the bubble because we already were that close and the sky didn't fall. The target price for me is $5 or even more...I don't know if I would be able to hold that long if that was the case.

Top Crypto Casino
I've scraped some BTC dust that I found on an exchange and traded it for several ETH, just for giggles (and because it seems like a decent innovation). Comparable to gambling at this point I think because value has already shot up in the past days.
Normally I wouldn't agree with this sort of crackhead logic, but I do happen to agree in this case.  Buying anything is usually better than gambling--at least you have something at the end of your trip to the casino other than an empty wallet and a pissed-off spouse.  Not sure about ethereum or not, but it's still better than playing dice.

So because you got out at your target then the rest of us are screwed? I'm not saying ETH will save the world or be the next Bitcoin, but if it behaves a little like Litecoin and keeps pumping a little more, I'll at least get out with my initial investment intact. Of course there's the chance that the bubble will pop at 0.01, but if it doesn't you have to admit that many of us will make a lot of money (I don't even have that much at stake really, if I lose on the way down I'm sure it will be peanuts in real life money).

Absolutely not! I wish everyone good luck. I just know how these things can unfold (I have seen many in my time in crypto) and I don't have the luxury of babysitting my position all the time, so I get out at my planned point. "Plan your trade, trade your plan". I know many will think I'm just talking my own book, but many others can attest that I have tried to be helpful/truthful when it comes to my publicly posted analysis. Considering the bubbly nature of this rally, I may be way off on my target. I am ok with that because my planned trade went as expected, but since it is bubbly, it becomes that much harder to target an exit, so I choose not to chase

Please don't get me wrong, I didn't want to sound harsh, you did a great move and you got your profit, that's it and that's all that matters, the rest is up in the air, I know that. I do appreciate your knowledge, hope I didn't offend you with my comments.

No worries!

Looking at the charts now, I feel .01 will be broken. Divergences were cleared on some time frames and if the top was in, it would have dumped by now. Look for an absurd fomo spike. That will signal the dying breath of this rally. Buyers of that last leg will cry and claim ETH a scam. General sentiment will be exuberant bullishness and the feeling of invincibility (We's gon' be rich!!1, .01 is cheap coinz!), kind of like it is now, but worse. This is becoming an extended 5th and like many commodities, once the 5th extends, it only gets harder to figure for a top. I may wait for said fomo spike and short into it, but remain undecided at this time.

It's important to say, at least this is my strategy, that I'm not doubling down or anything like that if I see a steep drop, I'm sorry but I won't lose all my BTC either, this is not gambling. If the bubble pops well, only the strong will survive or the ones that bought ETH way cheaper than myself. I think that if you are thinking of buying now, this is a great strategy to cover your ass if the dump begins.

There's a very real chance that ETH goes to $10-30 and even $50 in the next weeks, think about that, bubble or not, the opportunity to make ACTUAL money is right there, that's how rich people make their money.

On the wings of such dreams do the whales play.

This^

I see this like the Litecoin P&D before the halving. Euphoria will be high and fomo will be higher, then BAM it's dropped 60% in 10 minutes. Stops will do noting but sell at the lows here. Good luck to all, I have sold mine at my target between 94 and 97. I will not be back in until a massive correction comes, and maybe not even then.

Even if it does break .01 (I never said impossible, only improbable) I stand by my statement that BTC won't rally until ETH completes or vice versa. One will affect the other, so watch both for the signs.

Trade on!

I moved about 25% of my BTC into ETH a couple months ago. Wish I would have moved it all.

Me too, I bought some ETH with BTC in the new year's, I'm totally frustrated to have bought so little. I'm now planning on buying some more this week.

This is the game of the whales, but this is exactly what happened with Bitcoin, it was a joke until it wasn't. I wasn't around at that time but I'm sure the comments on its way up must've been hilarious. Ethereum is not another Bitcoin clone, I don't understand much about it but no one can't deny it is completely unpredictable in its potential and that's one of the best features an investment like this could have.

Now, for getting rich, that's another history, one would really need to put in at least 10k at around 600 and wish for it to hit 10-$20 or something like that really, I don't know how much could sustain that kind of pressure.

What's so hilarious to see is all the haters here calling it another shitcoin when it isn't even a Coin but something much more that's going to have a profound impact on the future  Roll Eyes.  As for  Whaler manipulation please whales don't have this kind of $$$ to do in in a matter of days there are huge players in Ether and it isn't those idiot Chinese Ponzi sschemes who burned Litecoin to the ground.

First they will hate Ether, then they will Mock, Then they will join when it's $50  Grin

Lol, the problem really is that, I think it can actually go to $50, Litecoin almost did and it was just all BS. The problem is do I have what it takes to hold to $20 or $30, 50$? This is the same that happened with Bitcoin but to a smaller scale. To us Bitcoin is like god, but really, for many it is still a joke, it was $1300 and went down to $200. There was a lot of money to be made unrelated to Bitcoin's greatness (or lack of it).

Did I miss something? Did Bitcoin changed the world for it to hit $1300? Nobody uses it, it's just speculation, investments and trading.

IMO ETH bubble is very much like the dot-com bubble. The reason for that is analogous. Sooner or later people will realize that ETH does not have as much to offer as it was speculated in the beginning. We could also compare ETH to Namecoin. One could fantasize that eventually everyone will be hosting their domain names in the namecoin block chain and thus speculate that NMC will go up in value. In reality it hasn't happened and it won't happen because both NMC & ETH are fuels and not some sort of a rare stores of value. Sure you can make a lot of money on the hype but in the long term it will just be a platform that some entities prefer to use while others derive their code from the peershares project, for example. To put it another way, ETH is to peershares like JavaScript is to C++.

I agree, I don't have many experience but I've seen a couple of pumps. This is different, there seem to be HUGE players in it, maybe even big companies trying to accumulate as much as they can. I know things like this had been said before but this time it actually makes sense if Ethereum becomes the actual platform it promises. There should've been a lot of resistance points along the way but people stopped shorting and selling and what's more, others continue to buy it and don't care, it's crazy.
