While the bitcoin is rising now, the ethereum is still really quiet. Hope it will catch up later.
ETH i think won't hit 1k until at least mid 2018. We aren't seeing the huge price fluctuations as you see with BTC. If you look at the weekly view for it then yes. it has moved up and down quite a bit but the price has only gone up 3.8% in the last week. I think it would need to be at least 20+ in the week to see it start to move in any big upward movement.
There were news that there would be futures for Etherium along with Bitcoin. Because of this, the price can skyrocket.
Ethereum is the second cryptocurrency after Bitcoin. It’s price depends of the power of other alternative currencies. I don’t see any alt which is able to conquer ETH in a near future. At least it will be stable. If the market will be destabilized by Bitcoin fluctuations we can expect immense growth of ETH.
ETH is always a good coin to invest. However, I think its price is so high now. Maybe you should wait. I think that there will be a fluctuation in a few next days when the investors is going to sell their ETH to invest in Bitcoin because of next 5 forks
I can Expect the Ethereum price to reach more than $ 1500 at the end of the year 2018 due to raiden launching its upcoming micro raiden layer in December. the most important thing is it making itself stable and ETH is strategically position to be alternative to bitcoin.
Morelikely it will happen before the year ends,i feel it ETH is rising slowly but surely.

Since the beggining of the year, the price of Ethereum’s ether has rallied from about 8 dollar to a current price of over $450. This rally marks a 5000 percent year-to-date return on investment for ether (ETH) holders. (may be not 5000% but i cant calculate it now, i'm very tired) In the past month ether rallied by over 150$. At the end of the year it can be about 600-700 dollars.

I think this could be possible, eth already reached $500 and given that cryptocurrency is booming. This is can be true, also many people are investing ETH today rather than in bitcoin because its price is still low rather than bitcoin. So that means the more the investors in ETH the higher the price of ETH will become.
