right now ethereum has entered another bubble. it is smaller but it is still a bubble and this price looks to me like the top so i say this is sell time and buying here may lead to loss because of the dumps.
I also feel same for current ethereum pump, but it may also be quite natural bubble from increasing demand due to DAO tokens or some intresting coming after consensus. But whatever is the reason there will be soon be dumpers all around the market making correction in the price. Best time to buy coins are at the correction period.ETH has been in a general down trend since the high on March 13. The April 30 spike broke some of that momentum when it bounced off the long term trendline. Then the DAO sale kicked in, which has sucked up around 3% of all Ethereum so far, and is providing a short term boost to the price. But as DAO sale ends--and if BTC cuts north on a big rally--ETH could be in for another big sell off.

Until there is no app that can be used in real life I would say it's a bubble. Having all these directions with possible implementations over ethereum it's only more fishing rods in the water. The sooner there are apps build on DAO for IoT(for example) or anything, it's not going to be a bubble it's going to be real value. Until then it's just for some bull for some bear depending on the risk appetite.
It might very well be a bubble, but it could go a long way before it pops.

But I think there is a big dump at the time when halving will come to near, everyone will stay busy in collecting bitcoin and will convert their other currencies to bitcoin so there is a fear that the ethereum price will come back to lowest price.

It is definitely not a good time to buy Ethereum. Ethereum price might start moving down again. So it is better to sell it if you have it. Do not risk your money in buying.

It's too early to say. I think you should give it some time. It's only now that ethereum gets traction, with the help of Consensys studio which works hard on developing on top of ethereum blockchain.As more dapps are develop on top of it, touching addressing real life scenarios, the value will get bigger, I think. But it depends more what type of investor you are. You are happy to mark your early earnings selling now at 10.44 US, or you can afford to wait more, to give time to ethereum go be more and more used for different implementations.
For example, I'm buying. But I'm for the long play. Not hit and run.

I think that was one of the major factors. That is why we can perhaps predict that latecomers will come and pump the price just before the ICO price goes up

The Ethereum is trading within the 0.016 to 0.022. So it is better to buy at 0.016 and sell at around 0.022.
