Its the altcoin witht he most potential, and they are so many projects build on their smart contract plattform! 400 usd for ethereum is a really very low price considering number of alive ERC20 tokens on exchanges and upcoming icos. Demand is increasing day by day, any price drop is not because of ethereum but general trend of crypto market.
you should not rush to buy. it is not known when the market will stop falling. maybe ETH in the future will cost $ 300.
