Considering the quality of the coin, It will be more than a good buy to get Ethereum at $400. Its one of the best coins there is in the market, second only to Bitcoin in terms of market value and market cap. Ethereum gas all the qualities of a future king, with an a most perfect technological platform which is upgraded and maintained on a regular basis. The fact that ICO keep launching on its platform mean that it will increase in value overtime,waiting for more dip may seem attractive, but how certain are we that it will deep further?
Ethereum slumped to under $ 400 that I think is very good to be bought and invested. We do not know what will happen later, it may be beneficial if the ethereum really gets down again, but if not then we have thrown that opportunity away. Judging from the prices of ethereum he has ever made, purchasing the $ 400 ethereum is enough to make you a lot of profit later on when the ethereum has recovered.
Its probably the best time to buy if it drops in 400$ but maybe it will still drop and the time to buy, lots of investors are waiting for it and i also is waiting for it because ethereum will rise again and achieve new price like Bitcoin.

In my opinion, the price of ethereum still remains attractive for purchase. Those who managed to buy before will undoubtedly get a big profit, but it must be remembered that ethereum reached great heights just a few months ago and now the price is much lower.
ETH price now is higher than $400. If you have not bought, it must be a big regret for now. I still believe that ETH will become higher. ETH adoption with devs, enterprise, merchants, in app or game currencies... is experiencing rapid growth. Not to mention the core protocol maturing rapidly and under much more focused leadership.
We can never expect that the market value of Ethereum will be lower than $400 so you must buy it now while the price is still very low and I believe some investors are now planning on how they can support to remains its position in the market.

for me the market of ethereum rightnow is good to buy. if you look at the price chart of ethereum since this year the ethereum price drop from almost 1000USD to 500+ USD today. so if you look at the price from January until now. it is good to start invest with ethereum now and wait until it pumps again.
The more we are getting closer to POS for ETH, the smaller chances of ETH going anyway near $400 mark. I think the ETH is undervalued with prices under $500 at this point.

I am to investing more once/if the price going to 320 dollars, I think price is going there and it will be the last wave of bears this year. Of course we are not going to beat maximum this year, but the price should recover from the bottom pretty well. Yes it's very good price for buy ethereum. Basically I think any price under 500$ will give you very good profits. No doubt ethereum is one of the most potential & promising altcoin for future. There is a big chance to reach 1500$ milestone by the end of this year. So why not take this opportunity?
Nice to remind myself that 2 months ago, we could get ETH for below $400. Anyone crying now when the price is still moving around $600 has surely forgot that it is a nice 50% profit still, even if you did not manage to get 100% profit a few weeks back when it was above $800.
I hold a little, not for long term but for the belief that it can be $1k. And of course for sending all those tokens and using apps that I am sure will come by soon.

yes, this is a great opportunity to buy ethereum at low price. $400 below is the best amount to buy it. no one knows the actual dropping price of ethereum, or maybe its price will increase after a few days. so its better to buy even a little amount of ethereum. Ethereum under $400 is a great buy. once it gets to such low prices then as long as you can afford it then you should buy as many ethereum as possible. The prices are only struggling at this moment and when the prices start to go higher you will be making a lot of profit because you bought at such low prices. i don't know if the price will fall back below $400 again though
