Ethereum has no intrinsic value but in that case the same can be said about anything of value. The truth is that it is people’s belief in things that gives things value.

Dont say that its end up like this, maybe the downfall of ethereum is just the result of crisis happenned in the cryptoworld all crisis is ending but the ethereum doesnt so lets wait for his fast recovery soon..

No it will not going to zero value unless if all people here are don't want to invest again on ethereum. Look at the situation of ethereum the price are slightly increased but we're not sure if it's continue. The market is in the dip and ethereum is most affected but I believe it will rising again.

Although many are pessimistic about ethereum's future even many say die, but I think that ethereum always has a chance to recover faster than other altcoins, this makes me always think that ethereum is the right investment.

In the latest years we have seen that a lot of ICOs decide to hold their project and ICO on the Ethereum network. In my opinion is the chance low that Ethereum will hit zero as value.

only Time can answer correctly, whether the price can go up or even can be $ 0, I don't think maybe the ETH price can reach $ 0 Because all altcoins depend on ETH.

I don’t know much, but here my thoughts:
Ethereum:

The Bad:
all the ICO’s who collected eth which made the whole rally from 10 to 300 in the first place did only sell like 20% I read somewhere, so they still have a gazillion coins. Some of them are now competitors, biggest eg EOS with loots of eth to sell. And ICO Boom is over, there are a lot less new ICO’s right now that could bring new eth-demand.

There are no ‘cool useful’ dapps, probably not even possible with the current tech (ethereum slow).

Scalability is not solved soon, will be more like end of 2019-2020.

The good:
Ethereum has the biggest developer-scene around it.
They are focusing their development on solving scaling.

Sharding, Plasma, Casper.

Price wise it’s already pretty low. If bitcoin should rise (next half year) it should take eth with it mostly.

I guess short term doesn’t look good, middle term hmm, long term better.

Stories of misery/failure:
I bought Ethereum at about 300usd before the runup to 1200,
felt pretty secure nearly all last year,
then it falling more and now lot's of reasons it will still fall more (all those ico's basically are still sitting on their eth?!).

Few days ago was thinking about selling it when i was 5%+ still. But i 'had the feeling' bitcoin goes up and takes eth a bit with it,
it did not and now my eth is -40%. As always when i am already at a loss i hate to sell even more.
Lection i guess: leave it on exchange and have a stop loss

I am bad at this. I basically only buy. But i don't think trading will help me.
My 'strategy' is basically just 'hoping that there will be another bull run in next 2 years'.

Upcoming security tokens expand the ICO-market and is bullish for Ethereum long term, isn't it?
Read some companies work on a security token exchange
(instead of more unregulated utility tokens like now)

Ethereum will never be a zero. This is the second well known and trustable altcoin after bitcoin. Awareness, when many many people know and trust, is the most important factor for any currency - fiat or crypto.

My thoughts about it that price of ethereum will be fixed by interested people and developers team. They will figure it out.

even though ethereum's price experienced a very drastic price decline but will rise again and even better, because until now ethereum is still very popular and the platform is still being used.

ETH prices have come back up and are now above 190$. Possibly in the next week ETH will fall but I guess it will not fall below 150$ and that price is the bottom of ETH, If it falls below 150% then no one will trust ETH anymore and it will quickly die and the market will become more chaotic than ever.

Selling at the bottom is not the best idea.The ether will necessarily return to its values.

and ethereum will never go to 0, I'm sure the price of ethereum will rise again

In my opinion it wont reach zero value but in the long run will stay for years in a range of 50-100 USD, this not considering some kind of "miracle update"

The recent ethereum is falling, making investors more inclined to buy and continue to hold them, I think this is justified.

Although Ethereum has been in a down state, its value will not be zero, because it still has a large user base, these groups will not disappear because of the fall of ETH!
