Police wont and cant do anythong, nothing at all. Ed is not legit registrated casino like none is in bitcoin. Its just a website. And bitcoin is not a curency so police cant do nothing about it.

Cars aren't a currency, but if the police catch you in a stolen car they can do something about it.

What makes you think the police only police currency?

Yep. They can launch an investigation, only if he didnt repay you or what not....

Not as simple as that.

1DiCe1 has to prove ownership of the BTC's she deposited. Which might seem a difficult task in legal terms, I heard.
Only then, a full report could be done by the Spanish police, for them to legally obtain the IP holder's identity from ISP and then fill in a court case.
This will never happen regarding to 1DiCe1 I'm afraid, and investors have nothing to pursue with the authorities since they lost it fair and square.

Which brings it all back to zero.

They may have lost fair and square against 1Dice1 but they still bitcoins left after he won!

You're right.

Ed doesn't have the coins, that's the problem here. The investor saw the suspicious betting from 1DiCe1, decided he didn't want to lose his coins in such suspicious circumstances and ran... the problem is, now pretty much everyone apart from he and 1DiCe1 are down massively, and all of Ed's hard work in creating a great dice site has been ruined.

People lost most their money when 1Dice1 won; those who reinvested more after 1Dice1 won again probably lost the most

BTW PD is running happy hour : 10,000satoshis/minute for free and 20,000satoshis for whitelisted accounts!

As much as i can see nothing has changed on this site and nothing has changed on this topic as well. Forget about EveryDice.com allready, Edward or whoever he was is gone and he is partying with all your coinz that were left in.

Take the fact that site is down and that he never ever will show up, not at least on this site.

Didn't Uptweets get banned?
That would explain why he won't log in anymore...

Got to be a bit more than a coincidence though eh? Why would you have the username 'uptweets' if you were not affiliated in any way with the site. He may not be Brian, but I'd almost guarantee than Brian knows him well

The problem is apparently nobody lost enough to launch a real investigation and offer a bounty

Nobody lost enough?
What about 1DiCe1? He lost what, 50btc?
I think it is a lot.
Maybe he was cheat and don't want investigation, who knows, this situation is so much complicated and we don't know who is the real victim

Whats up with u all the time suggesting he is scamer. People can actually get lucky and win alot. Its not imposible.
Win three days in the row with 0.1 to 150 btc LOL
This is so wrong, nobody offering bounty for investor information, looks like 1Dice1 and every player is satisfied with turning off site.
I doubt they all work together on this.

It's not impossible, but you cannot deny that the circumstances were shady - a 4SD win is very, very unlikely... and of course very convenient with those crazy stakes. If you're certain 1DiCe1 won legitimately then why hasn't he gone to the police already?

@boumalo - thanks, that's not a bad suggestion, but I'm not sure how much I lost - I invested 21 BTC total, but only had 6 BTC left after 1DiCe1 had finished. Assuming he wasn't cheating, I wouldn't get much back from a bounty tbh

Wow sorry for your loss

Bitcoin is a currency or legal in some countries and sc.amming in Bitcoin is not legal even where Bitcoin is not a currency!!

I'm almost certian that the guy mentioned above is either involved, or knows who is involved... the problem is, I have no idea how to go about proving it, and since I'm not in the US I don't think I could get the police involved etc anyway.

If you lost a lot and you don't believe ED will come back and pay you can open a thread to offer a bounty to someone that would help you get back any btc or get you the informations you need

I could be wrong, but I think in terms of pure deposits/withdrawals he's actually up by over 50BTC, though he is obviously owed a lot more. Maybe he's just happy with the profit he has and is choosing not to pursue it, or maybe he actually cheated and doesn't want to be found out, I don't know.

You would think he'd give a nice fat bounty to find the site operators or that someone else would
