So OP is saying "I don't have your coins because I gave the cold wallet to one of the site's investors".

If it's true, what the fuck?  Why would you give the site's cold wallet to anyone?  The whole point of a cold wallet is that it keeps the coins safe.  Don't give it to anyone, especially not an anonymous stranger you met on a forum!

And if it's false, what?  OP still has the coins, is lying about it, and wants to keep them for himself?

So which is it?  You gave the invested coins to a stranger, or you stole them?  Neither one is acceptable.  Did I miss a third possibility?

i suspect what's true is that not many investors were scammed because ED didn't have that many investors other than the large investor..   did anyone get scammed and can't get there funds out yet?

how many investors are in this thread. and how much cumulative was lost so far to them..  not including the large main investors share.

Nothing has been lost yet as the coins have not moved from the 2 storage wallets.

I lost nothing since I saw that 1Dice couldn't withdraw coins, and I divested and cashed out immediately.
Well, I lost some btc to 1Dice, but ED stole nothing from me Smiley

Is OP interested in selling the site? I saw from the screenshots that this site looks good, it's a pity if it discontinues.

If what the site owner said is true, could he offer some compensation for the player 1Dice1? If he has no btcs left, he can sell the site to compensate the 1Dice1.

If this plan works, I can buy the site to compensate the player.

Its not only 1Dice1 its all investors to that lost money. Wont be that easy .
And also i dont think buyng that site will be good deal for u. Its hard to survive in this competition even without bad past.

Every amount he gives to the 1dice1 he doesn't have to give to the investors; if everyone got 50cents or even 30cents on the Dollar it would be a good deal considering the most probable outcome

Everyone should read the first page of this thread.  In addition to me warning people that this was a possibility, there is also one user who wanted to invest "a large amount" and then asked ED if he wanted to "sell the site other then take donations" (not sure what this means but may be misworded to sell the site and just take commissions).  This user also has not posted on BCT in ~3 weeks, which seems to be 1-3 days after all of this going down.

Could be a giant coincidence, could be the two of them were in cahoots since the start, could be ED is telling the truth (yet is/has still acted extremely unethically), could be ED is looking for a scapegoat.  Just seems...odd to me.

It makes sense.
Btw, it seems uptweets has put quite some effort and bitcoin in promoting ED, or maybe just trying to get some ref.

I am surprise not so many members came forward to say how much they lost

uptweets hasn't logged in since May 27, it would be interesting to have a comment from him but it would probably be along the lines of "i am not the early investor ED is talking about"

Stop playing this crap games with house edge and loosing your money. Learn to make money by playing poker or making proper sport bets.

Hehe ... Its kinda the same Cheesy
If u deposit they can take ur money no matter what u play Cheesy LOL .

Yes indeed, it is not a problem of playing a casino game here

And people who lost the most (except 1Dice1 who lost most his winnings) are people who invested in ED so they were actually playing with an edge

Would the mods in anyway be able to help track him down?

I am afraid not.
The IP data is accessible by theymos only and he will only release in response to court order or police request.

Current policy is to release IPs only in response to a court order or a reasonable police request. (I don't guarantee that I won't release IPs in other cases, though.)

It definitely does seem like 'uptweets' is the original investor who has hold of the cold wallet...

Would the mods in anyway be able to help track him down?

If he was indeed legitimate in his claims he should have handled himself in a far better fashion. All the signs point to him being a thief.

The site has been close for more than 2weeks and he posted 1message in 2weeks; the probability to get some money isn't zero but it is probably less than 5%

Very interesting

The truth is we don't know who really owned ED : the guy who wrote as ED on bitcointalk, someone else, a group of investors?
