Not only the price of food but now the price of almost every other product needed to survive has doubled from two to three years ago. Especially since the covid-19 pandemic. The price of daily necessities is increasing and there is no way to reduce it. Among them, inflation is going extremely high in my country, two years ago USDT price was around 90BDT and now it has increased to 120BDT. All in all, it has become very difficult to make a living for the general population of third-world developing countries. Moreover, if we talk about medicine, if a person from a middle class family goes to spend for treatment, now there is no money for food, there can be no talk of savings.

It is a fact that many of people are suffering using their payments in the forms of Bills and eating and it is very bad. Well, in my opinion, this is the time where the inflation rate is increasing day by day so we should focus on learning multiple skills, and with the help of these skills we can earn money for our expenses, investing, and savings by implementing them in our daily lives. Hardly saying but it is the fact that we are making excuses each day which makes us weak for financial stability. A weak person used to make excuses while a strong person tries to overcome excuses by working on himself/herself.  

but the saddest part is that at some stages of life, we feel like we have lost the race and we are nothing to see in our future but Suddenly a merical happens in our life by GOD there we see another light/shine of start again and this also motivate us a lot. We should never Give up because life is not easy as we consider it we should always ask it from Allah Almighty so that easy things start to happen in our life and our life become easy day by day.

That's why some people have depression, they feel like they're just in a loop where they're are just waiting themselves to die in either depression or from overworking for them to survive. Minimum wage should be higher, it must outweigh the cost of living of an average person, or else everyone will suffer from debt, and it will backfire in the government even more.

Imagine those people who have families and yet their salary in not even enough to put enough food in the table in a house where the light is only coming from a candle just because they can't afford to pay their electricity bill anymore.

We still have to struggle to save money no matter how small it is. Saving is an important part of life since we cannot predict the future. We have to always seek ways to cut expenses so that we can have the means of saving. If it will take seeking an alternative source of income to get extra money we should do it. We can save some money to start a business which would be another income source. For some people owning a house will help them cut some expenses so they have to save to buy or build their residence. I know it is not easy, but we have to still strive to keep some funds aside for investment.


I appreciate this uncommon nutritional advice. Most of these restaurants or fast food don't care about the well-being of people all they are focused on is maximizing profit. They will prefer to buy genetically modified crops which are cheap than going for natural food. There have been reports from some health practitioners that these artificial plants have adverse effects on the help of people. We shouldn't always focus on the taste of the food but on how healthy it is for the body. Like you said fruits and vegetables should always be part of our diets. People who have vacant lands could also think of planting some simple crops like vegetables, which could be of help to them.

While I do understand the whole point of working hard and then seems not enough with how things and prices have gone up now. We're not rich yet but as someone who's investing and believing on this market, I know that we're going to make it there.

But as we wait for that time to come, we have to do whatever it takes for us to survive. It's not just enough to cut and lessen your expenses but one solution is to educate yourself about finances and also increase your source of income.

Seems basic upon reading and hearing that from someone but doing ways of making it a reality will be challenging.

The reason is simple inflation reduced the purchasing power of the Fiat money so we are paying more to buy the same product that costed less in the previous year. And why we can't save is different and it's due to change in the dynamics of consumerism and people influenced by people to spend more and the concept of saving money, thinking about future decreased to extreme.

We need to eat food to survive, so no matter how expensive the cost of food is, people must eat, the only thing is that they can reduce the quantity of food items they buy and the quantity of food they consume. If what is happening in my country is being experienced in other countries then there's a serious global economic issues in the world, because the value our local currency keeps depreciating and it's effect in our local economy is continuous hike in the prices of commodities, especially food. I believe that the effects of currency depreciation is more severe in developing countries, this is why the numbers of migrants from these countries that are crossing to developed countries for greener pastures is on the increase

People always been like that, complain to anything that people have but they don't have. When other people suggest them to work harder, they will say they need work life balance and life isn't only about work, when other people suggest them to find a better job, they will say they already comfortable with their current company/job and they afraid if they will not comfortable in other company/job.

The world isn't against them, but they're the one who choose to be like that.

But I want to know, are you using stablecoin(fiat) for your daily needs? Do you have a bank account, cash, fiat currency? If you are still using them and cannot give them up yet, don't try to badmouth them, although they have many disadvantages, they are not completely useless.

Don't blame fiat, the government or anyone when your life gets difficult. Try asking the question, why do your friends, the people around you, many people still have a rich life while you are having difficulties? Whose fault is it? Yes I understand the situation Op, the situation on ground pertaining the double folds of goods in this side of the country too is quite alarming and it's just like the citizens only come into existence to struggle to it and survive before death comes. Not even that these foods are so easy to be afforded neither is if proteinous or healthy for the body. They just get to put something in the mouth to fill the vacuums in their stomachs.

Talking about the excessive cost of good and yet people still do buys them, this is a situation of no choice, so if you don't spent the money to get something to eat you'd die and your death will be unquestionable because the rate of death currently in town is caused by starvation and you'd be counted as one who lost his life in such a way.
So to stay alive you must prioritize your life support of foods which even your last card without the hope of next square of meal is necessary because you must eat, stay strong before you could go chasing for others.

Imagine what would happen if people spent less time complaining and instead focused on finding solutions to their problems? If some things have changed for the worse, then you can try to adapt and change your way of life in order to try to find a better or additional source of income. Yes, we can’t do nothing in order to beat inflation but we can always save and invest and eventually make good profits so that despite of the climbing prices of our basic needs, we can still afford to live life comfortably. This is why I kept saying this that focusing on a single job or single source of income will not work anymore, because it’s like you are only working to live and survive, not actually to save and invest for the future. Becoming rich is now overrated, because for a single individual to become rich, he should have accumulated assets and properties so that he’ll be considered rich in the society.

Well that is inflation for you. It’s not like we can do much to change how fiat money
works. If we want to survive then we have no choice but to buy this and that
and pay for this and that. These times, the only way to make it out alive is
if you have the money. We should all strive harder to achieve a lifestyle that is
comfortable and sustainable. This is one of primary reasons why I had started investing

Being an average person has always been to your disadvantage regardless of how you look at it. Things are obviously expensive but pays has also increased in most jobs which means if you are serious at the things you're doing, you can easily move from being an average person to someone that's not really struggling to feed himself.

It's frustrating how prices keep climbing, making everyday things like meals way more expensive. People are just trying to get by but it feels like we're stuck in a loop of working to cover bills and basic needs with nothing left over. Saving or investing? That's a luxury for the lucky few. It's a reality check on how tough it is for regular folks to keep up in a world where the cost of living keeps rising

They're complaining but just not with prices. I've also seen a lot of people complain about how wages aren't exactly keeping up with inflation. You can technically grow with the times by finding a better job with a better salary, but with how things go, it's rather risky to leave your current job to find a better one in the current state already. That's in cases where you can afford or can find a better job. Some people just can't. They might even be littered with debts.

Even I've felt the change despite us already living with home-cooked meals instead of restaurant meals (which is a lot cheaper in most cases). I am glad that we're still pretty well off all things considered though.
