Yeah interesting article about the evolution of money and it helps us understand why and how it works and survive and what is more interesting is that we are now nearly in a cashless society where cryptocurrency has big role on this. I am very happy as I am part of the cryptocurrency evolution where it can possibly give us financial freedom unlike the precious metals and fiat money we are from since birth. I have always wondered what will happen if there was nothing like money and nobody is getting paid for what they do. But I think if there is no money people will be very lazy and wouldn’t do anything help others or their community. Yep, that’s the truth. Most people are very selfish and they wouldn’t mind to do anything, most people would just be minding their own business and doing things in favor of themselves. Interesting! I have observed that when it comes to explaining Bitcoin and blockchain technology to anyone, we have to tell people the basics of money and how it works. This is shocking that most of the people believe that they own their money and they have the sole control of their wealth in fiat. It was always a necessary and useful tool in societies to make people's lives easier and organized, but it's only worthful since the money serve the ideals and not the ideals serve the money. Only this way we can reach the "promised land", as the article says.
