Our provider, through which EXMO have deposit/withdraw for our clients on SEPA, does not work with Germany at the moment .
We do not know why and can not influence this.

(after I told your support, that I already uploaded a screenshot, they said that SEPA does work with germany and they will transfer my ticket to the technical department... And the technical department now again asked for a screenshot.... Could you please improve your support? It is useless if every supprt agant is telling a different story and ask 4 times for the same screenshot I already provided -.-)
