2- What's the most common way of making a deposit into your account as fiat?

If you want to make a deposit in Rubles, you have to exchange your currency. This can be done in the Exchange section on our website. While depositing in Rubles, you can choose from a number of methods available in the Wallet section. Therefore, you cannot deposit via Western Union or MoneyGram because they are absent when selecting a method.

Regarding the most common way of making a deposit into an account as fiat, we cannot provide you such statistics, since it isn't tracked.

The transaction speed of bitcoin depends on the number of confirmations. Bitcoin needs 6 of these, so it takes time. The specific period of time cannot be stated, since it varies due to a que of confirmations in the blockchain.

I really really would like to make a deposit to your site and start trading. However, there is really not any convenient option for me to make a deposit.

For USD deposits;
Western Union and Moneygram is not available.
Other deposit options are not convenient. Some are not trustworthy, others are taking big chunk of commissions.
The only option is swift which is also very costly.

Do you have any recommendation for me?

Also, just spoke to your representative on the chat, Dmitry Averin, he claims I can register the site but i can't get my account verified because I live in the United States. However, you told me before that I can register and get verified before. So which one is correct?

If this is true, then swift option won't work either. That means it is impossible to be a member of exmo for the people who live in the U.S.

I have checked the EXMO codes. Are they 100% irreversible?
In other words, are they as safe as accepting a 6-confirmation Bitcoin transaction? Or is there any way to reverse the coupon deposit?

Personal verification is not a mandatory condition to register on the exchange, however, this procedure is needed to use a number of payment systems with high level security. For instance, SEPA, Wire Transfer, Western Union and MoneyGram, withdrawal via USD and EUR for Visa/MasterCard, Payza. All other operations can be done in any volume. There is no such notion as verification limits.

I can confirm that the support agents sometimes are very very strange and in most cases they are not any help at all.

I recently had issues to withdraw fiat and support only wrote wrong things and asked me a hundred times to upload a screenshot of the problem (which I did several times).
The last help was the "Exmo person" here at bitcointalk. He was able to help. But he is not online that often.

Maybe it is a language problem...

I was searching for e-currency exchange services and I came across exmo. I tried to verify my account so I submitted my passport and proof of address which were accepted and verified. the final step was to print, sign and re-upload the agreement. I did that and submitted it, however, it was rejected because the printer didn't clearly show the edges!! I used a Xerox printer in my work that we use in every official document, but apparently, it's not good for exmo!. I contacted the support to tell them the edges are visible if you move your screen or increase brightness. their response came back to me asking me to take a selfie with my passport. How on earth is this related to my issue with submitting the agreement??? shouldn't they be asking such request when I submitted my passport and they accepted it? When I told them that and asked to transfer me to their supervisor, they ignored my email.

I went to the verification page and uploaded another scanned document that shows the edges and it got refused again!!! The funny thing is when they refuse it, they don't bother to change the reason of rejection so you never know why and how to fix it! I had to contact support again and they told me they transferred my case to the person responsible. After days, I got a message telling me to upload a signed agreement!!! BUT I already did that and they were signed!!! I told them that, yet they rejected it again. Did I ask why? They said to upload it ascending order not descending (as if they can't check it numbered 3-2-1). I re-uploaded the agreement in 1-2-3 order. Now they come again and ask me to upload a selfie with passport and my login page which i did and could read every word in the picture, but it got rejected and asked me to upload another picture!!!! WTF is this? are they trolling or trying so hard to make you leave?

Or is it a shady business that collects people's personal info?
I have been dealing with this nonsense for 2 months and no progress. Imagine if I put money in there and they request to re-verify and keep the money for themselves! They are totally unprofessional and have the worst customer support who can't understand your question and reply with a totally different question to your inquiry.
