login at exmo is not possible at the moment.
After entering the email and password, nothing happens.

After ~1 minute I was able to enter OTP, but again nothing happens a while, so I'm not able to login.
From time to time I also got a "Error 10160: Server problem".

Yesterday We had a ddos attack that was successfully repelled.That is why access to the platform was temporally unable.
Actually the platform works without any problems.

Our team has prepared for you the following innovations:

1. In the section “Wallet” >“Balance” it is now possible to see total amount of all your funds converted into bitcoins or dollars on your choice. All currencies are converted at the current exchange rate.

 

2. In the section “Wallet” > “Balance” you can now see unconfirmed transactions – transactions that have less than six confirmations.

 

3. In the menu “Account” we have replaced “Security” section by more extended “Settings” sections. Security is a component of “Settings” now.

 

4. In the menu “Account” > “Settings” new tab “General” has been added. Here you can turn on trade alerts to your e-mail. You need to check the box “Receive trade alerts”, set scan interval (minimum 10 min) and receive trade alerts to you e-mail address. Maximum quantity – last 100 trades.

Example: you have set interval – 10 minutes. While making first transaction, after setting the interval you will immediately receive notification on the trade to your e-mail address. Then during next 10 minutes you made 4 more transactions. On the expiry of chosen interval (in this example – 10 minutes) you will receive notification on these trades to your e-mail address. If you don’t make any transactions during next 10 minutes – there will be no notification.



5. Now you can use trusted IP for website login separately from API, so now you can protect only website login or only API. (Account > Settings > Trusted IP).



 6. Now it is possible to see all your sessions on all devices and also to delete sessions (Account > Settings > Access history). After deletion of session you will be “thrown out” the website on the indicated device.

On March, 24 Bitcoin community meeting has been held in Barcelona, the speaker was Andreas Antonopoulus – well-known cryptocurrency expert, co-host of Let’s talk Bitcoin podcast and author of “Mastering Bitcoin” book.

 

Report addressed the topics of government regulation, fraud in the cryptocurrencies sphere, technological constraints and possible solutions.

Speaker has shared his opinion that bitcoin is not under the threat of measures assumed by the authorities. Moreover, these measures are not only ineffective, but also adverse for the country that accepts it. Bitcoin is useful. It does what no other currency can do. Unlikely there is something capable to devaluate bitcoin. As long as it works and is used, it will stay alive.

Andreas Antonopoulus: “Bitcoin is not a small change and not a payment network. It is one of the fundamental transformations of the core nature of money. It cannot be controlled and centralized to make the mass acceptance easier.”

More than 100 listeners were present at the event, including Exmo team, representatives of financial and banking institutions. Participants concurred that it is necessary and it is the time to take Blockchain technology to the whole new level, and one of the next conferences will be devoted to how to make it happen.

If you guys block my funds for - what is it? 2 or 3 DAYS - because I apparently changed something in my profile and have to wait 2 or 3 days to be able to withdraw again, what is the 2FA for?

Also eager to see how the EUR deposit I am testing will play out. Waiting for the 3rd day now and it starts getting kafkaesque again.
I`v uploaded a PDF of the deposit receipt in your frontend (the part of it that actually accepts PDFs), your "support" answered they can`t download (?) stuff and can only accept JPGs, so I did that again...Now they say it does not show the sender...well, my IBAN does and that`s the only fucking receipt I get from my bank!!!
What do you guys think where I got that specific account number from?

We didn’t block your funds, We blocked withdraw from account where change personal data (e-mail, password).It has been made for additional security,  thanks to it we have an incredible small break-ins of our costumers.

In this situations you need to contact our twenty-four-hour support who very fast will verify the accuracy of lack of attempts to hack your account,where changes have been made and if there absence of the hacking attempts, they immediately remove the temporary hold.

We apologize for inconveniences.,It will not happen again. There was a delay with receiving our bank statement and we needed a bit of time to sort out the problem.

I work in the financial industry and know KYC procedures.

Our priority is security and legality. We like most of the major trading platforms don’t accept poor-quality scans of documents , scans with errors and poor resolution . Your scanned documents unfortunately fall into these categories and could not be taken.

The problems are also due to your system and the support organization.
Your website only accepts pictures under 3MB and no PDFs.
A simple smartphone picture ("scan") is easily 4 or 5 MB if it is in the quality you recquire.
You declined the ones where I had reduced the size with GIMP but then accepted the ones I mailed after a long and torturous dialogue with over 20 messages exchanged among the forum and e-mail with at least 3 or 4 different support team members. All that took me several days, in which you guys had all the files in good quality via Mail but kept insisting on me uploading that shit in your damn frontend. The automated messages on the platform where in some cases russian. You had both pages of my ID in good quality and made me put both sides in one file and then said that that file was not good enough quality again! And at the end, to put the icing on the cake, you made me re-sign the agreement with "Initial of my First name + Last name" because I had signed it like that on my ID and not with "First name + Last name", which is simply ridiculous, at least where I work.

More than the 82,000 of our customers use two-factor authentication. It works well and doesn’t have any complaints. If this problem persists , try to synchronize the time on your PC via Internet , as well you can update your google authenticator.

Ok, my bad. Seems to work now. First time I see a 2FA activated by the password of the site and not the newly generated token, but ok, why not. Now it works.

The only reason why I kept trying becoming a costumer was this:

So, I hope that now that I am as verified as one can be, I hope everything will work fine.

Thanks for your feedback Mr.Macno you are the first one who said us about file size's restrict. We have standard size, from 500kb to 5m. We will review and possibly we will increase its maximum size.

More than the 82,000 of our customers use two-factor authentication. It works well and doesn’t have any complaints. If this problem persists , try to synchronize the time on your PC via Internet , as well you can update your google authenticator.

Actually we have DASH/BTC and DASH/USD pairs.Pairs DASH/EUR may be will be possible in the future and we are discussing it, It will be known later.
